Acker... i misread the below but still nothing to suggest otherwise...yet.

Subsequently, the Company has received, and acknowledged, a further written notice from Canmax on 17 July 2023 that there is a dispute under the Agreement and notes that both parties are now required to seek to resolve the dispute in good faith by "friendly negotiation". To the extent that the parties are unable to resolve the dispute in 10 days, then either party may then refer the dispute to arbitration in Singapore. These discussions remain ongoing and nothing has been agreed at this time.

Acker you not concerned canmax again reiterating their will to walk away.

Must say personally bit worried canmax still eager to walk away, company that size wouldn't walk away due to some "expected" delays.. is there more we don't know.

Also no progress or update re 3rd party interest, surely George shares news of the "5/6 parties very interested "..

P.s i must add i was extremely new to investing then and learnt the hard way, i ain't sold a bean ( should/could have at 11p ) got greedy with the whole concordia drama.. held my nurve and now wait for the ultimates of blow offs... hopefully.

Just to put it on here ( not that i need to) i started in late 2016.. 1st buy around 3p... saw it go up to 11p..

Since the MAJOR drop I've been topping up, my avarage now is 1.6p... so im sooo relaxed my friend. Anyway onwards and upwards.

I've never been So relaxed... I just enjoy how my posts " trigger" some lot on here.. like you said " toughen up" ;)

The " chinese billionaire " is/was canmax and that report was a little delayed in terms of catching to how far things had moved.

Im sure he can fly over in his own private jet with the amount his made from here. ;)

Chri5p 15p in 2025 i can see, i thaught you said 15p by xmas this year, as i said 3p this xmas be good. So maybe a misunderstanding on all parts.

Anyway we can all predict, hope etc etc... we need the market to react according otherwise its absolutely pointless what comes on these boards.

Hopefully we do see positive and CONSISTENT movements soon... remember saying couple months back when sp start going to 1.45 " i hope we don't go back down again as we seen these spikes far too often".. that's what frustrates me because it was exactly that again... anyway we move on as each day should be a progression for glr.

Analytical i didn't really direct at yourself, but at times you can be difficult but thats no big deal..

My projection was solely based on seeing how aim has served me over the years. Even though the numbers you explained previously make sense, unfortunately aim does not always react to as we want.

Anyway anything over 5p in the mid term would be lovely.

Guys why is it everytime i " question" something or someone, most of you go attack mode or start insults..

I simply said 15p is unlikely BY XMAS 2023... thats all. If it does it then excellent for us all. I just don't want newbies getting caught out. I seen it so many times on aim whete crazy predictions are made and rarely happen..

Eg... you all had wild figures couple years back re SZ and look how that turned out, the deal end up being completely different from what was "expected".

Come on mate, little realism be good... 15p by xmas is no way happening, half that be incredibly unlikely imo.... would I like it to go anywhere near there? Ofcourse.

But I've seen so many wild predictions on aim for innocent newbies etc who get sucked in.
