Yes the rns is bit in favour of canmax BUT them favours are only if prem miss timelines, which up untill now we have.

BUT is GR really that silly to agree to the updated contract without having sufficient confidence we'll meet the target. I think the the November 1st target is a safety net, i would not be surprised to hear first shipment before this date.

Other point to note CANMAX COULD EASILY HAVE WALKED away.... there is so much with zulu that they know about and then there's the epo area, li3 etc... these Chinese know their stuff and ain't walked for a reason... fair play to gr for not being taken as a mug ( even though some may feel he has).

This will all work out within the next few months. (InshaAllah).... lth's we hold/add. Gla

Acker a question I've been dwelling over myself over the weekend.

Pretty clear canmax have gained some ground for them to make peace " so to speak" ... BUT our old fox GR stood up to them with serious intent for the past few weeks which gives me confidence his done a deal to keep all happy..

I think canmax tried their best to push us in the corner, they full well know what zulu has, and what the epo area has and now li3.... they couldn't get it on the cheap and met in the muddle.

I'm pretty confident we'll be pleasantly surprises/happy with the outcome.... well thats my hope.

For anyone interesting in another lithium play... glr has had good initial results ( have few other serious copper plays too)... i know this a prem bb, but just a tip to fellow investors.
