No because the other companies are not the same as amigo , otherwise you can put all lenders in the same criteria. Also the difference in allowing a loan which is the same sort of loans people have for cars etc etc is not the same as the payday lenders literally letting someone borrow their wage until the next week which we all can see would never get paid off . This is a company lending money with crap credit history it’s simple with the added backbone of someone having good credit history as backup , totally different model to all the others and needed unlike all the others gone it’s that simple

But isn’t it a ball ache the last few years with the relevant bodies nit picking utter crap to either make an example of a company or other. It bodes well for no one , the money has to come from somewhere and it effects everyone realistically. Being mis sold something to affordability are very different avenues indeed. Credit scores , bank statements and maybe payslips are taken to lending criteria so what else are the lenders able to do ??? As well as guarantor!! Ridiculous that as a nation we have become like USA to sue any person/s, companies to suit ourselves to earn money. Drives me ****ing insane the lazy twats that live here

I love all this chat but clearly all is hear say or looking at tit for tat , hoping and logic in certain areas. Straight answer to all of this is this company will not go bust , it will get better , it won’t ever get to the dizzy heights the sp once was but within 12 months based on money holding , money coming in etc 30-50p should be very do able indeed. Yes I have lots invested in this and 40% down overall but it won’t be a loss as I won’t sell until above target is achieved
