Well jimmy I’m sure I have read previously that FCA changed the rules after a few years trading ? And with the system pretty much identical in Australia and the appropriate legislation body there being taken to court by lender very similar to amigo and winning gives us food for thought . You are bang on though they will have to show the regulator is wrong but just maybe with the economic crisis looming these lenders are needed and have been asked Previous to start lending to key workers , Xmas coming up and so on so I’m not sure it will be a simple one on any angle

Jimmy damn good post and lots of great valid points and nice to have someone here digesting the information. I can’t disagree with anything you have said but one thing is missing. The previous board and some remaining have taken amigo down in check for their own careers before James started his sell down. They rolled over to the FCA when they shouldn’t have and jeopardised the company’s good standing , future for all concerned so surely James felt no choice ?? I don’t agree with how he has gone about this but feel far more strongly with how the board has killed amigo

Hillman , total sense and could not have put it better myself !! I was always long haul waiting for £1 plus with nerves of concrete , I’m still leaving to above 50p which I think now irrelevant of who does what , who is right , who is acting like a child and so on , couldn’t care less and waiting patiently

Senator , you have some damn valid points and myself do not think he is the saviour , he is extremely clever and probably means most of what he says but unfortunately life and business are not as simple as you have jotted down , he has obviously had lots and lots of legal guidance and it will not just be to get back in. He wants to make this far bigger than it was which makes sense as he has done it once so surely he would be moving the goal posts to succeed where he hasn’t previously and unfortunately he would always realistically have to **** up the current sp etc to get where he wanted this to be , but as always said if you don’t sell you don’t lose and if just if you believe in the long haul I don’t think personally any sp owners can lose

I think all his shares are either held by his rich friends or he has a holding company so technically has not rid of his equity in so many words.

Given JB wants to take amigo global , I’m sure he can get the money backers for a takeover plus justify loading company up with debt to purchase so god knows where we will be .

I think it will go between 12-50 over the next week , it could go through the roof if JB and the board are aligned with good results published

I think basically within reason he will be quite threatening in his proposals to the board ( they will take it as so ) and if they refuse , vote goes against him , he has money backers to buy his baby back . How it will affect all of us PI s I’m not too sure but he will win somehow.

Yes mark sounds like a perfect move from the board but I have a feeling JB has all corners covered and will do anything it takes to get back in so it’s gonna be all over the place for the next week but I am certain it’s worth keeping hold of shares for a few more weeks

I think this company will do well and I have a healthy investment in here , bought in @0.33 but the amount of ramping with this share and over the top comments is ridiculous!!

Yes it could happen with his rich pals couldn’t it !! He is clever so I’m not sure if this is planned perfectly for such a scenario or just to get back in , time will tell and only he knows for sure

Well my kids are a little young for me to buy them a house but sorry to lower the tone after losing our 3rd girl in the last two years and a divorce I need a house as well as my other 2 girls so I think we deserve a little good luck for a ****ing change !
