all court documents in public domain, all can see such without eua commenting at all. no shouting can be done with court case ongoing and nor would it be professional or actually doable anyway…such *******s spouted 🙄

I found the court cases last year 🙋‍♂️…always happy with how it’s being played and also thankfully we have great lawyers dealing with this and why it was advised not be put in the public domain ( obviously EUA didn’t choose the option) ✅

1. As they can prove moving of funds with legal documents on purchase of such, thus now having approached EUA with proof of purchase.

2. Of course they can.

3. Pretty much most of the reason they couldn’t obtain such.

4. Of course they have no chance of such, the last document ( previous few were great to read also), proves that EUA have been meticulous, legal and above board in how they have dealt with such a situation.

irrelevant of outcome ( which will be Q&M not obtaining replacement certs ) this case does not stop the sale of assets.

no rules stop the sale of company or assets, nationalisation of eua assets would not benefit russia in any sense as we are clearly selling to brics nation and these districts are needing up and running asap.
