I have some wine recommendations but don't want t to clog up the board.

I have a combination of spread bet with IG and physical shares from 38p. It was easy to work out the risk at that level ie 38pts times my stake £50 which I was happy with . I didn't have a stop loss as happy with the risk. It's when the price is a lot higher than guaranteed stop losses are needed.

As an example I had a small SB position in a US pharma ICPT closing for 5000 pts on its journey up to $110. When it retraced to $85 I took a small physical position as I thought a spread bet and its leverage was too risky as it was awaiting FDA approval. It was rejected and went from $78 to $47 instantly. I am down but nowhere near what I would have been with a spread bet. Always protect your money.

Just done a small top up at 191 to add to my positions. I have no time to micro follow the market today so if it dips slightly so be it. I am in for the long haul.

Nice to see a bounce in nickel today even if it is of peripheral interest to use in the short term.

Oh and Wasa I still haven't been able to do this even though we are 3 1/2 months into the tax year. Had a guts full with HL and costing me by the day with this rise.

Funnily enough I am a holder in SNG but nowhere as big a position as here sadly. I think theres a few that have mining and covid stocks. I dusted some **** US oil stocks that I should have exited a while back. Better to put it to better use here.

I did a small top up and kicking myself as could only get filled at 4p. Ah well.

I am in the process of moving most of my accounts from HL to IG as I have had enough of them. Been trying to Bed and ISA some stocks since April with them and still waiting. IG and II were allowing this months ago, even in these difficult times.

They stink of complacency and like you say charge a lot more, which for frequent traders add up. I will leave my SIPP with them but as for the rest, 'Adios'.

Yes the dates surprised me also. Is there a time limit when they should report a threshold crossing?

Just dipped my toe in the water on SNG at 40.5, currently showing up as an unknown on the share list. Sounds like a bit of a gamble with the approval needed but I like the odds.

The Roche and Abbott testing you were referring to are Lab not 'at home's kits.

I agree Worzel. ATM is one of my other mining stocks. Not looking to ramp other stocks and is a smaller % than my HZM position. Will not digress further as this is Horizonte board.

I thoroughly agree with Westie on this being a mature board with sensible discussion albeit with me being more of a reader. I have other mining and some Covid stocks and their boards can be a bit of a 'bun fight'. ??

Totally agree. The H1 for the DFS stood up like a sore thumb. Will shove these shares in the drawer marked 'Shouldnt have Bothered.' Next cash raise in 6 months when we are at 1.6 pence?
