Should they consent ? What if they don't ? What have you got then ? The market hates uncertainty so until GEX have a permit what is in the ground is meaningless to market cap.

Ezhik, cheers and ditto. We are both stubborn, which is no bad thing, and you know more on the subject of drilling as me as I work in Nuclear and there is no drilling involved in that :)

We both want the same thing, along with many other decent posters in here, and hopefully by the end of November our hard earned will be considerably increased :)
