"Is 93p a realistic target in the short term, given that we now have a commercial helium discovery at Rudyard?"
It's a bit of a strange number to pick as, with the changes from what they thought they have to what they prove they have changes then that figure - which is a snap shot of what risk and assets are worked out at at a certain point in time - becomes even less relevant.
Can the SP get that high short term ? Well that all depends on Clink 1. If they can get Flathead to produce 2.5% He at the assumed flow rate then that will add $11m per well which should get a much stronger reaction than the Darwin 1 reaction.
If they can also prove on top that they have the first natural hydrogen structure in the US then that will add to the surge. Would be even better if those pieces of news could be realised separately but much more likely to be at the same time. As others have mentioned there will probably be a greater buzz than the He if they can prove what they think they have down there (they are already in discussions from interested parties - as per presentation this week).
So is it possible ? If they can shed the traders, who have done well out of the swings in SP, and the shares go into stickier fingers then better news will have an even stronger surge given the number of shares in circulation. If that happens, and they can prove what they think is down there then yes it is possible but quite a few ifs need to be proven first.
