Hoping to get back in at 2.8p , was expecting some movement whilst the new shares settle in , medium term 2/3 years looks rather bright for these guys.

Especially when you factor in the super cycle of geo is about to give to content advisory companies.

A boost of any sort to their mining sends these and then upwards dramatically, even if no deal is actually signed just the whiff of a deal would be enough for us to get to 5p

Hopefully this will recover and finish flat today, which would show confidence in the deal compared to the 8% off this morning.

I'm certainly aligne to the cross sell oppo, particularly in and around GEO tech , feels like the next round of SEO for martech.

If the cross sell is even partial and they can sell their most profitable assets into these new customers then its likely to great value add, certainly the founders are somewhat onboard as well which tells its own story.

Time will tell, best of luck all. I bought in at circa 2p, so keen for them to establish/settle in the 3's i.e. 60p range.

I understand the consolidation is just a paper exercise , the reality is it's an oppo to manipulate , check back two weeks after the consolidation 30p or 80p roll of the dice time.

As a shareholder I want 80p , but my head and experience suggests it will be lower than 49p and much closer to 40p

Time will tell.

Just hoping the consolidation is closer to 60p than 40p, and we immediately re rate to 80p and move onwards,

reality is this is likely to be 30p after the consolidation, circa 1.5p in current numbers.

Sign up and pay as you go , unlocks the cost barrier to sales , will be interesting how they achieve this and where the pivot from cost to profit is, but Germany is fully commited to H2 so it won't be long especially with reminders like the middle east issues to focus the mind onto energy independence

3.1p usually turns into 280p after the consolidation and the drift often starts afterwards, i dont think a consolidation that way has been great, the other way like the Apples and tesla's of the world usually are good, i.e. 1 for 5 etc to make them look cheaper.

I'd prefer them to get to a decent amount of profits and the price will re rate anyway.

Company A invents a product , company B wants the product as it saves them 20%, company B pays £x into company A to access the software and company B also gets a stake in Company A. i.e. a nil sum game.

the impact Company A goes bonkers on the markets and the share holders do very nicely indeed, particularly those with huge holdings......

Get ready for the spike to 10p, it wont last long but its coming within the next 12 months. my Limit sale is set.

The cross selling oppo here is lumpy if they can get this deal across the line, I think this organically doubles revenue over 18 months if they can get this done, let alone the immediately accreditive rev and profit to the bottom line.

This deal has the feel of re rating about it.

Be cool to close and hold above 3p, they would then clearly be in breakout, just need some contract wins and a shift in numbers upwards and this would take off.

I'm hoping they announce a product in the GEO space soon as that would enable them to lead their customer as opposed to just nudge them forwards in terms of marketing strategies.
