They are being taken off the market on the cheap , 24k new customers and 1.6B additional wedge being managed. Cash flowing in more than ever.

Obviously gofundme and other market leading funding sites are well ahead , that said there should be plenty of money to be secured with this type of platform , it only requires a few customers to find it cost effective perhaps with European funding support or cross board projects to get the revenue going , also I think that it's often the niche platforms that focus on margin that can do well.

Additionally, I would hope that QBT is supporting the platform with Blockchain based contracts to bring some cross company capabilities to the fore , it could be a compelling offering.

I'm thinking 1600+ and perhaps 24 months for the peak ? With a new government challenged to build council houses, it feels like Vstry are really well positioned to perform well.

Think with this alliance rns today that adds a chunky bit of revenue that previously didn't exist , suspect it has a good margin on it so could really sweeten the numbers for src.

I'm expecting this to beat expectations when they report and begin a steady rise over the next few years to beyond their previous highs of 1.20+

Wondering if a dividend will be started and growing or more acquisitions to come , good steady business this and this next period feels crucial to cement progress and capability of the management team.

Speculation, but it does feel cheap and got the major shareholders on board as they will be apart of the consortium buying , think it would have to be a big cash offer to prevent this going through now, I wonder where one of the big banks are on this, a barclays / lloyds to get into this area of finance, lloyds would be suitable from my knowledge as they have pre existing capability that could be super charged by adding HL.

DYOR, I think this deal will go through , all that remains is for us to decide do we want to risk being in the consortium and would we be treated fairly (unlikely in my view)

Just on the back of Bitcoin and the incoming cash, and the fact that there are management targets of 2p+ , I have bought a few quid more of these, thinking that it will spike at some stage this year when the court cash drops, the update for a customer order comes (remember , this could be a charter customer i.e. joint basis) if it margingly works 20/30% then, the sign up rate could be quick and enough to spike these based upon rumour

FG isnt silly , hes already taken some through the courts in Italy (not an easy process) and proven he has the minerals for getting what he wants, I think he will do the same with this, even on a small basis , my target is 3p, in 2024.

No doubt a few pence worth of divi's which means you aren't quite as bad off as it would seem, get these to 1.00 and I think that would be remarkable progress

Think you have nailed it here, its a legacy move , the founders keep their hands in , with the new vehicle and ensure money continues to pour in to the family for years to come whilst they realise a chunk of money now, win , win and continuing to win.

Shame as I'm sitting on a 30% loss , timing is everything, the question is , do we take up the same approach and buy into the consortium and follow the owners, in this case I think I am minded to do so, but as an unlisted entity they can do anything with the shares to stitch you up , so its a real coin toss, cvc dont strike me as a business for the small share holders.

I think the owners will compete with the offer and try and take it private, its worth more that 15 in my view, and the former owners know it, so I reckon they will form a partnership and take it private or get in on this deal (which also seems to be the case of swapping existing shares for new equity in the consortium)

Either way its being de listed in 2024.

Update, upon reading the detail, its the company, its directors, the auditing company and other individuals and their family members that are liable for this debt, which in my view increases the likelihood that a fair chunk of it will be received. seems like the boss man has nailed them for this.
