I hope I am wrong, but its the same business that got into this issue, what's to say they get approval and repeat it again with FCA approval, thats a risk I'm not sure the FCA is prepared to take, they are already in hot water for approving schemes that caused widow's and pensioners to loose millions, the FCA doesn't take risks it enforces rules, and unless Amigo can find a way of complying then we are toast with or without settlements, I think this because the current situation is bad, but it could be a lot worse in 2 years time if Amigo lends and repeats the problem.
I guess the biggest defence we have is that within Amigo there is enough FCA experienced management to have credibility of not repeating , a glimmer of hope perhaps.
