Had a tour round a spd distribution centre just recently. WOW. It's some operation that they have. Two things i was told/seen: they reckon they're having the busiest Christmas and I seen this with my own eye the place was humming with activity. Do your own research but this has filled me with confidence that despite the slump in profit, bad press etc this is a company to be in.

Pity I didn't get wind of it but ah well. The awarding of this contract does speak volumes though. This is a major user of DX and has been for over a decade. They know as to whether or not they're any good and the awarding of this contract tells me DX is still offering a great service

Considering they've resubmitted their plans they must feel confident as there has been significant work carried out on the groundworks of the site. Either that or huge piles of earth have shifted themselves. Looks to me that they're prepping where they'll be building. That or i got the wrong place....

Thought about this myself it's hard to fathom. Further to; Divi still being paid acquisition being ok'd An institution increasing their stake to 3% Institutions,directors and shares retained by dx now totals near 90% New and revised proposal for their hub to be put forward (note: last plans refused on a 16:11 basis only). Trading results yet to be released So happy I'm in at the moment.

Ajones it is a tad strange! There's also 5000 buys (just in the last hour) and 600,000 sells.... and yet the sp flat lines. I'd expect it to drop normally but I'm happy with the rise. I think it's going to quickly rocket, i've said it here before and I'll say it again; there's hardly any shares publicly traded I calculated last time that 80-85% are owned by institutions. If.... no when people start buying up shares to get the dividend which in my opinion WILL BE PAID the share price will increase rapidly.
