Needs to be done asap, the submission for next years RKAB 2027 , have to be submitted in October/November, for clearance by 1st Jan 2027 to mine.

Horrendous💩 show by Indonesia, falling back to 1 year annual contract renewals, under which THEY decide how much the company can mine/export

that year. All have to be their processed grade requirements also, ZERO raw low grade exports , all processing and smelting has to by law be conducted

in Indonesia prior to export.

Which is another bonus for PYX, in that its high grade qualifies, so little or no processing required, as long as its maintained in shipments.

So may have to stockpile lower grade for processing or mixing down the line, while moving the high grade Indonesia require, as they move

The fact PYX has the largest deposit , with the highest GRADE Zircon in Indonesia and they have recently signed a no limit (tonnage) deal with the USA

is where the optimism comes in for PYX to get back to production, with large scale exports at market price, top $$$ to the USA. With Zircon also one of

This action applies to all zircon producers in Central Kalimantan. Fourteen (14) companies were notified. As a result, PYX's export licenses for zircon, ilmenite, and rutile have also been suspended. According to government statements, the move is driven by the need to address oversupply, improve market stability, and enhance regulatory oversight across multiple sectors - including coal, bauxite, nickel, and mineral sands, as well as palm oil and other commodities.

In the first half of 2025, PYX did not undertake production activities.
