Just need to see one of them, put something concrete out on funding the various , LNG, OIL and petrochemical plants, they would like to see built on the Island.
OZ statement SHARE OF FUTURE REVENUES, does not inspire , up front funding plans, so INPEX/Japan Banks/Woodside MOU (2023) could yet come into play as fully funded and backed by the Japanese Government (for offtakes/security)

Not to mention , offers made by others , Sultan of Brunei , Indonesia , Dubai and the biggest boast of all, Qatar, who said given the opportunity with Timor Leste, we will show the world what we can do !
