Hi all, does anyone old their HUR/DCUs in a SSAS trading account?

My SSAS trading account provider is closing their trading business and have asked me to transfer out all my share holdings.

Has anyone else been asked to do this with the SSAS holdings?

Can anyone recommend a trading platform that will accept a transfer in for a SSAS? Cannot move to a SIPP (not allowed) so has to be for a SSAS pension.

I have not received anything for my HUR shares - and they still show in my ISA as HUR shares with an SP from the last trading day.

Having emailed iDealing.com, I received response yesterday, who say there is an issue in CREST and they are investigating.

Anyone else still waiting ?

Hi all, I am not happy with my ISA provider in relation to these HUR shenanigans in that:

- nothing showed in their corporate actions page

- no voting information

- no online voting

- had to email their admin team to state I wanted them to vote (NO by the way), and for that they charged me for the privilege

- Still shows my full HUR share holding with a value of 7.79p/share

- no cash/DCUs have arrived for my HUR holdings

So I think time to move my ISA to another/better provider.

Who here is happy with the way that their ISA provider handled the HUR transaction in respect of my points above?

I would be interested to hear which ISA providers performed well and I will transfer my account.

Some of my HUR holding is in my iDealing.com ISA account (I also have a small holding outside my ISA). Here is the response from iDealing.com I received today regarding the DCUs.

"Thank you for your email.

The Hurricane Energy scheme of arrangement is as yet unapproved by the court.

However, from the documentation it is clear that the DCUs will be issued in certificate form, will be unlisted, and will not be eligible to be held in any ISA, and so they will be received and held in your standard account.

You may of course also consider selling your Hurricane Energy shares while there is a market for them.

Supplementary dividend to be paid as part of the DCUs? Goal posts have moved, may not see that SD if it is wrapped into the DCUs so we won't even see 6.02/share 14 days after deal completion?

I was in the same boat re Jarvis, I emailed them to ask how to vote on their platform and they requested I send them an email instruction on what I wanted to vote on and they would act on it.

Instructed my 2 brokers to vote no for the blue and yellow. That's 3,164,000 no votes from me.

Anyone keeping a running total of votes cast so far?

Should such a better offer be made, what would be the standing of the "irrevocable guarantees made by major shareholders"?
And with the SP picking up from the recent lows, might it alone force a revised offer from Prax?

I have 3,175,250 and will vote NO to this deal. Add them to the NO count.

What do we need to call an EGM with a vote of no confidence in the deal and hence the BoD and its advisers.

Can we get enough support for a vote?

hmm am considering buying more HUR with my RoC/Divi ... after the SP drops on payout of course

So come monday the bond holders will have been repaid in full - what will they do with their cash?
- buy HUR shares?
- will we see massive buys on monday?
- will the sp be allowed to run free?
