I can’t see them announcing Bitcoin payment but I still like it. Bitcoin treasuries are very hot. Then again that could lead to HEX being heavily pumped as opposed to the more steady and organic growth path here.

Good to see the £1 prediction make re-appearance, Trek….this time it is less of a dream and almost feels like a matter of time if you hold HEX long enough (but it all depends on flow rates of course!).

Well TACO is busy devaluing his dollar (not so good for HEX)… and the US are looking at parking money in Bitcoin and gold to ride it out. A bitcoin bull run is strongly expected and Bitcoin treasuries are going nuts. If HEX accepted Bitcoin as payment then HEX would hold Bitcoin and also be a (small) treasury in a sense that you can hold in an ISA. As well as a Helium play.

I think it was priorityAI that yesterday announced they would accept bitcoin payments. It went up 76%.

Mercedes man is right about the MCAP and SP but (as he says) we would need to see some really stonking grades and over considerable depth.

Wait and see what the next set of results look like and we will get a better idea of where this will go.

There are 2 things here.

1) 45 days due dilligence on the JV partnership (RNS of 31st May)

2) fully executed licence documents from the Namibia ministry of mines (time frame unknown)…

We need both to drill.

With regards to (1) we know the JV should be signed off in 38 days (early July)

but for (2) all we know is the licence documents were applied for before 30th April…

However the drills being in country is reassuring and suggests the licence should arrive soon…. ….

News is imminent and yesterday let people watching this to buy in ahead of the next news, which was nice :-)

I’m in a similar camp as legalwolf.

If I can free funds from elsewhere I will add here. The SP is nuts. The lack of need for funds is a good point (thanks HarChris for pointing obvious but easily overlooked fact out).

For the share price to explode there needs to be drill results. GEO are not yet drilling.

The SP may move up in anticipation of drilling as a rig is secured. But that is only a maybe.

I have a small amount invested here. The MCAP is frankly high (albeit I’m looking at the gold play alone). However if our Geologist can repeat the find on GGP then the MCAP and SP will explode but it will take time and good drill results.

Unless there is a JV for drilling there will be placings to fund the drill as that size of area will take a long time and a lot of money to drill.. So be it, they just need to raise on drill success as the SP lifts.

That assumes all goes well. It could of course not go well however I have a small amount invested early doors as the geologist involved (Callum Baxter) has skin in the game and a good history with the GGP find. It’s the sort of sum of money I can afford to lose. It’s the sort of some of money I can leave and not have to sell to fund other trades. It’s a bottom of the drawer long position.

So - at this stage the investment is a bet on Callum Baxter and there will be no explosive SP movement without good drill results… and it will all take time and plenty of drilling.

I understand that drilling was always pencilled in for this summer. Now that period is approaching GEO are taking care of the business needed to allow drilling to commence.

Drilling this prospect will take considerable funds (yes) but that can be achieved by well placed raises following good drill results.

First (however) we do need the first stage of drilling to be funded. So is the company funded for this? Do we know?…

Ahh I see. I agree, worded like that the RNS suggests ph1 drilling of 10 holes is complete.

Next drill results are maybe 2-3 weeks away:

- Started drilling Yarrol early April

- completed first 3 holes 24/4 (so 3 weeks)

- results last week

So assuming 3 more holes too another 3 weeks then results are maybe 2-3 weeks away … pure guesswork but there’s some kind of logic to it

I’m repeating myself - but again -

- the company are managing RNS’s so as to paint a nice picture of improved gold pours every time.

- but exiting pit 2 meant a drop of in grade and I suspect they got very little from the final lift of pit 2 ore. So nothing good to paint a nice picture.

- I think they are waiting for pit 1 gold (higher grade) to come through the HL pads which takes time. We don’t add the ore to a pad and pour gold the next day. It’s over a month… but first you need a pad to complete the existing leach cycle and be emptied then reloaded.

This in my opinion is the delay. They want something positive rather than reporting they got low gold pours from the end of pit 2.

It would, however be useful for them to say so. Again comms could/should be better as we end up with the posts we are seeing.

Flip side is you get a potentially stupid entry price. IF they get to 1000oz this MCAP is nuts…. and better comms would have reduced the SP drift.

Everything now comes down to pit 1 ore grades and I would suggest we get news in June as some of the pads should have been loaded and leached pit 1 ore. The longer they wait the more pads will have produced ore from pit 1 and all going well the bigger the gold pour.

If there is no news in June then I suspect the initial gold grades in pit 1 are poor. But they really should RNS this news.

Fundamentally the gold is in the ground or not.

This is true whether Poulden or Lenigas are there, or not.

Best description I ever heard was it’s a game of snakes and ladders. (Drill, find gold, SP up…. need more funds to drill further and SP goes down).

Fundamentally raises are a part of the game, it’s how they are managed that matters. Unless you get a JV and someone to foot the bill.

Fundamentally it doesn’t matter, find gold at good grades over a depth and the SP will move on significantly even with fund raises…
