This is a pretty volatile stock. If the market believes that news is sometime off it will drop, but that is not what we are seeing. I think what we are seeing is a pause after a couple of decent rises which is pretty natural. At the same time I've noticed this tends to move in the afternoon for some reason.

I'd also add that JA expects confirmation from the minister in 60 days - so we are due that news shortly. MINMIDT may (or may not) take longer. So news IS due?

Watching this. I have an oblique resistance at 0.533p or a horizontal resistance at 0.54p. We got to 0.530 and pulled back.

This is the 3rd time knocking on that door and I wouldn't be surprised to see little happen tomorrow before FOMO Friday finally pushing us through.

Perhaps fascinating is a bit of an exaggeration!

Considering buying in here, I see support as 0.455 so 0.465 would be a decent price.

Relax with GCAT, it looks a good investment. Shares go up and down but it has a compelling story, with plenty of news in the pipeline to stir interest that should push the share price on (in time). Be patient.

It's a share I have my eye on but I am waiting on (hopefully) profits from elsewhere to buy in.

However, TRP is also catching my eye!!

I should mention perhaps that I've not de-risked at all. I'm waiting for higher prices than 5p!

The 5p figure was being ultra-cautious!

I tried to convince my wife to sell her investment trusts to buy here (below 3p), due to the relative risk-reward on this one.

Being risk adverse she was always going to be able to de-risk closer to 5p, leave a good amount invested and re-buy her investment trust.

Me, I’m simple so I keep it simple! I like a company with a compelling story (fundamentals) and where finance is not a worry. Charting is useful for timing buys and having a feel for where the share price is going.

Hoping for a close above 4.40p (I’m seeing that as the next resistance, then 5p)…

My chart suggests the support (prev resistance) is about 4p, what are you seeing it as?

Either way:
- the SP has pulled back for 3 days
- the RSI is no longer oversold
- a retrace of some sort is always expected
- the SP is now only 3.8% from what I see as the support (4p) and would like to see a bounce (just as)
- there is presentation tonight which should stir interest / new buyers just as the chart should start to reverse and climb
- I will be mighty surprised if the pullback continues much further

A long winded way of saying that looks like a well timed buy Wyndrum.

Go Sirius travelled to Darwin (refuel / resupply?) it has now left Darwin and it's destination looks to be the Valaris 107 location. It should arrive tomorrow morning, so hopefully the rig will move tomorrow or Thursday. When is that Proactive investors interview again??

So .... if the buffalo 7 production well was producing 4000 bopd and as Mount Teide pointed out :

"Production level producing ZERO Operating Cash Flow Level at various Brent Prices:
1,878 bopd at $85 Brent
2,630 bopd at $60 Brent"

Then 4000bopd covers the OPEX and creates some cashflow. The attic (95% COS) is therefore pure profit.

Amin0406 - in addition to the column (volume) of oil, oil price, flow rates, CAPEX and OPEX are also part of the story. The amount of oil is the major unknown so I suppose that is why you are asking. I would more concentrate on the the chance of commercial success as it takes into account all the variables above. The chance of success of hitting enough oil to secure financing to develop the field was 85%. Again, price of oil is now significantly higher so we need significantly less oil for that 85% chance of commercial success.

But if you want to be conservative you could go with a 15% chance of hitting significantly less oil, will that do?

The price of oil is significantly higher than when the CPR arrived at 85% commercial cos.

The commercial cos is now higher than 85%. I love the risk - reward on this share.

These interviews have not changed the SP, this is surprising. I'm currently waiting to move profits from another share in here so I'm not complaining, however I really did there would have been a reaction today.

(Bet you the SP does 10% this afternoon after my post!)

This is certainly a very interesting share, revenue producing (minimising the potential for share issues) - and with the added potential of the gold exploration.
