I thought the target was 48,000 tonnes ore stacked a month? And I thought we were told they changed the team on the ground and were achieving this.

SO - I had not included this as the reason for the poor gold pours.

If the stacking has been 1/4 of what they planned then this goes a long way to explain the poor production.

The question the changes from that of grade to a question of whether they can get their act together and stack more ore…

I guess this then leads on to a different question. Is the stacked ore low cos leach rates are slower than expected?

Or can they just not mine the ore in sufficient quantity?

(Or is my memory acting up and they never RNSd that they were stacking 48koz …)

In summary (and as usual) better comms are needed to explain what is going on here…

It always seemed (to my small mind) sensible to drill PEPAS North before moving on to El Cedro / APTA.

Just finish PEPAS - it’s been a fantastic deposit and drilling PEPAS North is small relative to El-Cedro.

El Cedro needs a JV - best do that from a position of strength. Define Pepas and have that in the bank with the associated stronger SP.

Then drill some of El-Cedro to spark interest and work a JV

Then get to work on APTA after completing PEPAS as the JV work El-Cedro?…

Meh - it’s nice to have these difficult decisions!!

The plan is dynamic, LW (happy new year) - so it could easily move up the list of priorities

$5000/oz price of gold

$2000/oz AISC

Profit is $3000/oz

If they produce 100,000oz a year that is $300mill a year profit. What is the MCAP? Roughly half the profit they could print?

To mine the 2mill oz that is 20x$300mill profit = $6billion profit

To mine 7mill oz that is $21bill PROFIT.

MCAP is how much???….

If you consider the share price has effectively only doubled on this deal but the ammount of gold is more than x10 the gold in the Northern Ireland project (could be more like x40).

The chile mine (not prospect) is nowhere near reflected in the SP.

Sure, there are risks in execution but they have to be mess up really badly not to turn a profit higher than today’s MCAP.

For context.

I hold another gold miner which is declaring an MRE this month. Likey to be 300,000oz (which I expect to double with more drilling).

They then have 2 other prospects but haven’t yet drilled there. There is hope for a company with 3 mill oz. But for now it’s 300,000oz.

MCAP is close to GAL. 300,000oz gold.

I pay a small amount to follow some charting guys. They’ve been calling the gold move for the past few years.

Here’s the thing - it’s only now officially a BULL market ERA for gold.

5000 is a certainty and 6000 highly likely. We will probably see gold catch its breath for a month or two, but it will take off again.

And as we all know that increase is just pure additional profit and gearing on the profit margin when we start mining PEPAS.

Eg 5000 goes to 6000 that’s a 20% increase in gold

But assuming a 20090 AISC the profit increases from 3000 to 4000

33% increase in profit with 20% increase in price of gold
