Well there was some good news today. Frasers Group went up 33.5.

Opinion: buy, no sell, wait wait, Buy. No, Sell it all.

A lot of noise recently from him about the key being USA making the difference we have been waiting for. What was mentioned can't have been it.

Share price £3 by lunch time.

No way can the BOD of THG go for 3 years with no improvement in shareholder value. It would be quite an achievement if they did especially with that long list of opportunities on the table.

The picture. It's an American fat cat among the pigeons. Is this another bid like Apollo or a partnership. If it's among the pigeons, does that mean it's hostile? Or is it MM, the fat cat among the city pigeons, is he the one about to do something bold.

I could go on but we all see, it can mean anything can happen, but he is saying something will happen.

Yup "say what you see",..... Among the pigeons, big city fat cat in us dollars. Is someone going to get wealthier. Hope it's us!!

Two years and zero increase in shareholder value.

We are all expecting meaningful performance, no more pie in the sky.

Every time we approach an AGM, Year end result or mid year result I always think surely this is it. Surely now is the time one of those big opportunities is going to be unveiled, the shares are going to re rate to 250+ and a new positive upward chapter will begin. The THG story will be realised.

Only to be disappointed yet again with no good news and a gloss over mediocre news. Then a conf call where MM spins it again only to see the markets 100% forget it all in 48 hour's.

Anyway, as always, wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend. :-) £3 in July!!!

I watched the House of Gucci movie last night and then did a quick reality check on Wikipedia. Anyway, one thing stood out.

When the Gucci family were ousted from the board in 1993 the business was loss making and valued at $300m. By 1997 it was valued at $3.8bn. That's a 12.7x Inc in just 4 years.

THG. Since two years ago when the business was 'undervalued' at 170, we are still at 70. No added shareholder value in 2 years. To match Gucci we would have to go to 890 in the next 2 years.

It feels like THG are waiting for the markets to understand or 'get' THG rather than going hell for leather to make that long list of value adding opportunities happen.

I know Gucci isn't THG, I simply offer it as yet another turnaround example.

If something like this transpires this year, than the share in the next 6-12 months will have a 400-500 valuation attached to it. Maybe more.

And I wouldn't be surprised if Walgreens take a stake in My Protein at US IPO valuation. What a ducking rocket that would be.

York..... Absolutely. My Protein is biggest protein range in Boots now. Walgreens (NYSE) has 12500 stores. It make ducking brilliant sense. USA here we come!!!!

Given CFO share buy was dated 10th May, we must now be in a closed period at least to 10th June. Could mean an announcement after 10th June for something to be voted on at AGM?
