THG Travel, more like "look over there a squirrel".
Didn't Apollo value Ingenuity at over £1bn. So, if the BOD were to pay II's and PI's a fair price for Ingenuity, then that price would have started at 77p/share.
This is nothing more than a contemptible big steal of Ingenuity. If it wasn't, then the BOD should be able to tell us, which 2-3 independent auditors were brought in to value Ingenuity. It looks like the buyers have been able to set there own price.
I can see some people have tried to put a price on each share. But if we go with receiving 1 share for every 7 you hold, then that works out at 7p/share.
We are being so screwed over on this. No wonder the likes of Terry Leahy are in on this deal, probably sees it as the only way he's going to get some of his money back.
I will be so glad to get out of THG after 3 years. Worst company I have invested in. And to think, "170 fundamentally under values the business".
