When you’re thinking or hoping that World events are the answer to a relatively small company’s performance, then you are clutching at straws to put it mildly mate.

THG has a BOD and it is their DUTY to govern and work around every issue and eventuality. ‘Hope’ should not be in a BOD’s vocabulary.

I thought the price drop to 49p was desperate but this is now something else.

No news from THG BOD either. I wonder what they talk about each day, what do they really think of themselves and each other. Do they really believe they are in control and doing a good job?

Navik, or it is a bullish trap. The demerger does present opportunities for Remainco. We have no idea about what, if any, exceptional costs are applied to Remainco from the demerger. Therefore, we have no real idea of EBITDA and net profit. And what Remainco will do with that profit. Plus there’s 25/26 forecast.

The wait and SP fall are painful, but it would be foolish to sell now.

More buys than sales today. This is buyers forcing out Stops and the worried again today. Why not, if you can drive it down 1% yesterday, then why not again today. It’s a great time to do it, company has a reputation for under-performing at results. There’s no other news. The chance of getting caught out are slim.

The upside is, all these buyers are expecting a better future. Then again, so was I.

It was as far back as May ‘22 when he said, “170 fundamentally under values the business “ and he’s made sure it stayed ducking under valued ever since. Everything now is a desperate attempt to hang on to his wealth. And, it is this latter motive we should be concerned about.

Yes, the earlier starts are a new strategy of trying to create and own the stories. To create an atmosphere of uncertainty which helps sellers and keeps the SP depressed and releasing shares to the market.

A real investor would not invest in a company and then hope the SP falls.
