I think you are getting your fields mixed up
You are referring to the above statement in July's RNS which refers to Otakikpo.
Otakikpo is sited in oil mining lease (OML) 11

Todays RNS is regarding OPL310.

A completely separate Oil filed that is disputed after we purchased an additional share from Afren in 2015, without consent from the govt, which threw the licence into dispute.

This is a huge additional field and currently not priced in.

Agreement on this is a massive positive.

With all due respect Lee, I usually enjoy and agree with your posts.
However, I agree with IDMOR that we are long overdue an RNS official update here.
The mothballing of Manaila and the cessation of quarterly updates has left us as less than mushrooms.
Completely in the dark as to where the elusive Swiss Bank finance is, the final signature of the diamond concession, and most importantly, a realistic time line and expectation to production at BPPM.

Let alone whatever happened to the trucks that we paid the deposit on?

Photos on twitter of new wires and pipes, and some pre-war refining machinery at BPPM are all well and good, but we desperately need to know what is going on now.
