I found the one I mentioned updated better, but I can now see that on marinetraffic it's showing as against the quay.

I was looking on https://www.myshiptracking.com/. It's showing as having moved away from the quay, which is a change form the past week or so. Could be a signal matter.

I've been monitoring throughout the day. I'd say it's been fairly even between sells and buys. MMs have had plenty on the ask to get rid of but have been strangely reluctant to drop the bid. Something is brewing, we just don't know whether it's good or bad.

Word is that SPS Tofino is heading in to torpedo RW.

ZagEgypt - it wasn't clear from the Triune article whether proceeding would be brought against bpc or the BG, or both.

ShareScare - date of icemax's departure has no relevance. The elephant in the room is whether an injunction is served before spud date. Yes, we are aware of the 3 year rule, but if that were a given then the share price would not be below 3p so close to the drill. (The CLN also remains a left-field missile, but is not the reason for the nervousness here).

BPC have 14 days to respond to the complaint's letter/objection; only then would the application be made to the court for leave to bring Judicial Review proceedings.
