Why should it matter if the buys at .625 are shown as sells (due to the superlarge spread)? It doesn't affect the SP - it's the continuing number of sizable actuals sells that does that.

I think the problem is as much about likely funding (for cerp or follow on pers. work) that's hanging over this share, as much as the threat of an injunction.

Problem is, the px when trading down will cost us even more.

Why would you expect a court hearing next week? A hearing wouldn't be raised until after the 14 days the counterparty has to respond. And as far as we know, an injunction has not been raised.

In fairness, the share driver over the last three hasn't looked like the works of trolls but rather the selling of warrants/options and/or somebody or persons with decent holdings, against the backdrop of increased risk. It looks like the former has gone away, less sure as yet about the latter. You credit posters with too much sway.

ShareScare, I think we move from a Spring Up situation (when it happens) to the Catapult, and which in term brings about Shooting Star chart alignment. Something like that.

The pattern of trades suggests that what may appear as sells are in fact buys, albeit on thin volume. However, the fact that the bid is still ticking down slightly suggests there may be a couple of trades being worked through, as we have seen for the last few days.
