The pontificating Seingred returns to peddle more nonsense. I wonder what name he uses on advfn as he is peddling the same deramping ploys that were used there over the weekend. He is trying to tell you that Condor is preparing a DFS which is a stage down from a BFS. The truth is Condor have used neither of those terms and have called it a Feasibility Study. What matters is what is in the FS and what it is intended to achieve. This is what the CEO says in the last RNS:
“ Very comprehensive metallurgical test-work has been conducted to the highest standards as a Feasibility Study level is the technical document to which project finance is provided to the Project”
So it should be clear to all that the FS will be used by the Financiers (or farm in partners or bidders) to provide finance to the project.
If the likes of Seingred need to attach a label to this FS then it would have to be Bankable Feasibility Study.
If anything is laughable it’s Seingred’s desperate attempts at deramping in the small period before the FS is released. It is quite likely that financing news will be released at the same time as the FS as they have been working on the financing for months along side the FS.

The mm’s are closely controlling the rise and are late reporting the 1 million trades so we can’t see what’s going on in real time.But the good news is the sells are at ever higher prices with the most recent 1.1 million sell at 0.9455.

You state there is zero commercial savvy at Satoshipay which is total rubbish. In 2019 Satoshipay took on a new very experienced Director who also bought a substantial shareholding. He subsequently also invested in Pendulum.

LGP has had a positive week in sp terms and was Up 14% this morning recovering to where it was 3 months ago. SEED own 3.1% of LGP.

A couple of sells as you would expect as we approach 1p but even the sell price is moving up 0.926 followed by 0.931. Volume currently 2.7 million.

The first buy trade of the day was 50000 at 0.9899. The lager buys are now at 9.75. Moving ever closer to 1p.

Currently marked up 2.8% to 0.95 on no trades so far. At least we know the direction of travel the MM’s are expecting.

If the steady climb we have been experiencing continues we should move above 1p at some point this week and perhaps today.

Further Investment in Wellness Brand Business, South West Brands Limited



SEED Innovations Ltd, the AIM quoted company focusing on making investments in fast growing and industry leading businesses with a focus on the medical cannabis, health and wellness space, is pleased to announce that it has invested a further £50,000 (the 'Investment') in South West Brands Limited ('SWB'), a London-based company that build and commercialise the wellness and beauty brands of the future. The Investment is by way of a three year, 8% Convertible Loan Note ('CLN') as part of a funding round by SWB to raise up to a maximum of £1,000,000, of which £570,000 has been secured.



In addition, SEED have agreed to convert £50,000 of the 12 month, 8% CLN subscribed for in July 2021 into this three year, 8% CLN (the 'Conversion').



The Investment and the Conversion takes the total amount invested by SEED in SWB to date to £500,000.

It was on very low volume but Canadian listing of Condor was up 27% on Friday to CAD 0.42 which converts to 27p.News on the Feasibility Study that will get us the finance to take the mine to production gets ever closer.

Good to see from todays RNS that further progress is being made at Kiliwani at no cost to AEX. The future of AEX looks ever brighter.

We know that Green Hydrogen is a strategic priority for Char:

Chariot have a great opportunity with this Green Hydrogen and they are going to invest in it. It is such a large project they will be bringing partners in to do the heavy financial lifting. There is no evidence that they will “throw money “ at it. They will it seems to me fund it prudently bearing in mind the ultimate prize could be as large as the gas. The main focus at this time will be the gas because it is much closer to monetisation.

So if they don’t appoint an Operations Director soon should we conclude they are going for a Farm in partner who will become the operator or that there will be an outright sale?

Latest buy at 0.9449 so a tick up to 0.95 seems highly likely. If a few people decide to take this last opportunity to get in under 1p we might get a 1p close.

Getting ever closer to 0.95 while the sell price is 0.89255 getting ever closer to 0.9. Hopefully we will see the sp tick up before the close.

The volume today at 52000 was very low. Unfortunately it is the summer holidays with many people away including the city traders. Volume is low across the market so Condor’s rise of 3.3% is not bad in the circumstances. However no news has had much effect on CNR’s sp for some time. Todays RNS is a strong hint that the Feasibility Study when it comes will be better than originally anticipated due to all the additional work that has been done since March. The FS release should start the rerate and it is only weeks away now.

It’s a slow process with the sp because the mm’s have to get some sells to allow the buys. Look at the 2 Sell trades before 9am totalling 825000 followed by 7 buy trades taking the buy volume to 859000. The problem they have is who wants to sell at this price with all the good news in the pipeline.

I think this is partly responsible for SEED’s poor share price performance as a number of platforms won’t let you buy SEED. I know that Barclays won’t let you buy it and that has been the case for at least 3 years probably longer. I questioned them about it and they said they would look at it but they didn’t change their stance.
