At what price point do you think represents a good entry point ? as you appear to believe that it is overpriced.
I am bullish here and while it is unlikely to shoot the lights out,£20 seems a reasonable target,Covid will fade in due course and I see no reason to think that S&Ns business is in some structural decline,quiet the opposite in my view.

Below 13 its being accumulated but there has been rather heavy volume to the downside.I have a position at £12.60,watching for now and will add if £10.50 is seen and holds,despite my bullishness here one has to respect the market.Its below its 20week MA which is pointing definitely down,RSI is 36.There is a significant trend line from the £20 pre pandemic high,this is currently at £14.50 and will need to be overcome before the bull case is re-established.Fundamentally it appears sound with good growth prospects and while not cheap,growth usually isnt.Lets see for now how this unfolds into the new year.

The main risk here is a poorly received acquisition other wise I agree,a good area to start building a position add 40p and 23p if it holds.Dont expect to see 23p again,but this is the LSE after all so anything is possible.

I agree that this is very vulnerable to a takeover,however my concern is that to defend their position Gem D may itself embark on a buying spree.I think that is the main reason why the market appears to be irrational.

Unilever is oversold.
It was silly to prevent people from eating ice cream but its equally silly for investors to pull out of Unilever in an act of revenge.
The problems in that part of the world have been going on for millennia and will unfortunately last far longer than this current spat with Unilever.

Stryker is up 110% off the covid low,S&N is up 19%.
There is no doubt that Covid has impacted growth, the Question is,is it temporary ?
My bet is it is,there is a growing market for S&N products,The market is the market,I am a buyer.
Anywhere between £10 -£13 are good entry points and should be rewarded over the next 12-18 mths IMHO.
I am not a blind bull here,there are always risks,but a bull I am.

Any major advance can only proceed with as few Pis on board as possible,its just the way things are and how markets work.
Stop us out,make us fearful etc etc.this is a decent company and if next week is poorly received I will add when the dust settles.
Its business is a growth business and any set back should be seen as temporary and an opportunity to build a position always in the context of not being overexposed by taking on too big a size.

We all get our wings clipped in this business at some stage.
Still all to play for here,may or may not be a placing.As I have said before the only way to look at these highrisk/high reward small caps is to look at the share price as a long dated call option premium price and forget about it.Only 3 things can happen,it expires worthless,one cashes in the winning coupon or one expires before either of the above.

This is a solid company,Covid,bar a few hiccups is yesterdays news,I see any pull backs as good entry points.
Any weakness in Sterling should be seen through a bullish lens and would make this a very enticing morsel for predators.
Negatives : A silly acquisition or the much anticipated but yet to be seen pull back in the US indicies.Its a bull market folks,hold for £20 in due course or a trade sell @£16.50.

Its amazing the returns one can get by the judicious purchase and gifting of fake diamonds to the unsuspecting but perhaps not in ones own back yard !!

I suspect a hedge fund is determined to drive this lower for whatever reason.
I am bullish here and will add on further weakness,there is good support @ 1050 which could be reached it The US craters.
I deem all decent pull backs as a buying opportunity.I concur with Aquaesulis01 that there does not seem to be anything to suggest that there is a fundamental problem here covid aside.Price action is King however so if
anyone Knows anything I am missing please post.

I would deem this high risk.It is trying to launch a new product into a very difficult market to break into.
The company has no history of doing this.If they cannot generate sales quickly enough then another placing/RI to increase marketing and the sales team is likely.Participants have been sucked into this share based on hype,if STX does not deliver in a timely manner then the market will deliver its collective view.I am long here and am trying to inject some balance and a realistic timeframe.The upside always takes care of itself which I expect, provided of course that one is not over exposed and unable to ride the volatility which is par for the course in a share like this.

30p-60p is the trading range until proven otherwise.This is a trade it or hold it share.Inevitable selling from
those derisking while in profit from the placing price,most likely a test of 30p without good news.
The share price action is a direct result of the low ball placing price and high risk of execution failure.
The jury is still out here and in my view 2yrs is a reasonable time frame to judge the success or failure of the US launch.
It is not sufficient to a have a good product,deep knowledge of the marketplace and marketing prowess is essential.
Does STX management have the skill set to execute ?,that is the only question here.

Give it a break opulentia,your incessent posts are irrelevant to future price action.

Glad to hear your out and about and still playing the game.
Still think you will get your money back here but the market just doesnt want to know about diamonds for know.Gem D is also in hibernation.The market in general is in a cautious mode but should get the seasonal surge in November which will hopefully lift this and let you out.

I am a cautious bull here,not because its a great company/great products/ management,because it isnt/hasnt,but because as a trader it is at an area where money on probability will be made.I know the purists will howl at my fickleness !!.For what its worth,I have opened a half size position 381 and will buy again at 291.Hard stop on both is/will be 180.Will look for a swing to around 600 over the next 6months.I have made money trading this but as a buy and hold,NO.
