IMHO , optimistic, assuming this will happen with a very efficacious Scancell product, is there a case for several predetermined landmarks, including a very near term one, in order ro get a product to non trial patients asap?

In the simple (?) NHS context, Scancell pricing, based on increased efficacy over CPIs alone might be contactually agreed in principle but dependent on several 1year + landmarks.

My belief is that Russia out of Ukraine might reasonably mean initially a return to Feb.2022 borders.

As you suggest as well as war crimes issues and Putin post 2024 Presidential, non-election there is an increasing reparations issue associated with Ukraine infrastructure destruction.

Very sadly I do not believe the war wil be over by Christmas 2023.

As a , age 65 year+, LT small shareholder with very mild asthma, I cant help thinking the queues in the NHS and the probability of new variants mean that possible simple targeting for home treatment might make economic sense in the UK.

Simple age and vulnerability rules to reduce hospitalisations might eventually be a prudent policy option here..
