Nobody has seen the last 4 RNS's coming. The BOD are becoming very unpredictable, more so now than ever before.

Is a sale going to happen? or are we going to mine everything ourselves?

Anything anyone writes about whether we are going it alone or sticking a sold sign is pure conjecture and 100% opinion.
Bottom line is nobody has a bleeding clue about what is actually happening.

Why down tools until you need to? You don't stop living in a house you are selling until it's sold.

I’m done with this share, I’ve started to reduce my holding at any point I see feasible.

Waited long enough, if they cant flow a deep after 5 years of attempting, they’re incapable of doing so in the future without a professional farm out partner.

We just need who ever is selling to quit it.

@PF-Builder, they're wildcat wells meaning they're drilling into the unknown, it's not been done before and purely going off seismic and geology reports.

This is what makes wildcats expensive, there is no infrastructure around it. I've not read how much it is costing Total or Shell but I'd guesstimate it's 10's of millions of dollars and probably closer to the $100m mark.

There's different estimations for different corps but they're about 10-20% success rate, so 1 in 10 wells or 1 in 5 wells drilled is commercially viable.

This is what makes Oil Explorers rocket like a SpaceX Falcon 9 on a commercial success. GBP could be the next GKP, RKH or recently even 88e (which 10 bagged on nothing but hot air).

Totally get your point Coffee, but I’ve been saying that to myself for several years now. If this next RNS is anything short of promising I’ll be off.

What concerns me is that there isn’t anything good for them to shout about, when they sucessfully flowed 154 they dedicated a RNS for it specially. Let’s hope I’m wrong.

There's only so much patience one can have. Even i'm beginning to feel the strain of waiting and i've only been here for 4 or 5 years.

The state of play is open to interpretation and once we have a Farm Out partner it will be more defined. So bottom line, it's anyones guess. My hunch is that, things won't come into play until Venus or Graff commence drilling or oil discovery.

I see this has potential to 5 bag near term, and 5-10 bag on Venus or PEL39 drill success and then should we successfully find oil and able to bring it to surface, the mind can only wonder.

Another attack on .70. Next resistance is .78 then should be open to charge to .90. Should see consolidation around here before the attack on 1p

Everyone’s entitled to believe what they like, just because you don’t believe in it, doesn’t mean anyone that does is wrong.

Press Release is due on many fronts, it’s fact. When we get it is anyone’s guess. A code 1 indicates a RNS is logged, doesn’t mean it’ll appear straight away. Could be a MM bluffing.

We’re waiting on An update on Maersk and Valaris. The BOD are watching the progress closesly, they’ve said it numerous times. We’re waiting for an update on a Farm out partner. There could be investors on the back of the conference. We could be due an update on what the outcome of the conference was. TR1s on the trades, could be anything. All I know is that the SP is looking bullish and undervalued compared to our peers.

I’ve had it verified by a broker and she confirmed MMs do trade codes but they cannot be taken as gospel and would advise trading using this as a strategy.

As for myself, Yes I believe in MM codes and I’ve invested in GBP based on three aspects. Not trading this one.
1. Almost at 52 week low, for that matter near all time low.
2. £4m market cap for something could be worth £10’s of millions just by total or shell beginning to drill
3. The prospect of another oil rush could revolutionise the continent of Africa. If venus flows, it could transform a poverty stricken state into something the world hasn’t seen in decades. The money that will be thrown at Namibia…

I’ve seen a code 1 trade many times and a RNS appeared 15 mins later to 1 day later. SML, EUA, CASP, AMC to name a few.

Had many good discussions with him on the BB in the early days.
