@Belles, I’ve always struggled to trade CASP as I will always end up thinking I’ve bought at an optimum price and the price will drop, I’ll sell expecting it to drop lower and it’ll balloon once I’ve sold. Constantly trying to catch a falling knife.
On the other hand, Coffee did give some outstanding points on a few COVID stocks that I’ve been able to quadruple my holding here on the back of it. Massive thanks for the tip off.
They’re some genuine diamonds on this board and many bring a lot of insightful conversations. Looking forward to what 2022 brings.
@Rodgetrades, couldn’t agree more GBP currently have one trick up their sleeve right now, should the big boys pull it off, there is potential that this could 10 bag from the current levels.
There are several other listed companies whose fate also hangs in the balance.
If Total Energies and Shell drill successfully it will almost guarantee a farm out partner and the rest will follow.
I’m half expecting a re-rate on each phase of Venus and PEL-39 drill.
A very exciting time in the history of the company and most importantly the share price.
The more research I do, the more I read about how much is riding on Shell and Totals drill not just for GBP but the future of Namibia oil drive.
I’m sure it would require an TR-1 if he had sold any shares, considering he has 34m of these babies ( £170k) . The bottom line is that the fundamentals haven’t changed but his circumstances may have.
On a brighter note there was a delayed 5.9m shares purchased from Friday.
Good share.
It appears that Valaris DS-10 is scheduled for Shells PEL39 also scheduled for Q4’2021.
A successful drill from either Total or Shell will add several zeros on the GBP company value. Should that happen I can imagine a prompt for sale sign will be stuck on PEL94
The more I am reading about orange basin, Shell and Totals upcoming drills the more excited I am getting for GBP.
All eyes are on both Total and Shell, should they prove oil can be successfully extracted, the value of orange basin will rocket.
Total have employed Maersk Voyager to carry out the drilling on Venus well once it is done in Angola.
Both Shell and Total have partnered with Qatar Petroleum.
Drilling is expected to take place any time now. 2022 is going to be an exciting year.
I take that back, it’s not specific as to whether it will be used for an acquisition,
“ The Placing will position the Company to part-fund the new licence commitments, as well as provide general working capital, including the possible pursuit of other strategic options, as previously communicated.”
Why do I get the impression Grim_Reaper missed the bottom to top up and is back playing his old narcissistic deramping tatics. My spidey senses tells me that when grim looks in a mirror JMR looks back at him / her.
The jigsaw is finally coming together quite nicely here.
I can see why Afzal has loaded up here.
Should Total or Shell find a drop of oil during their Q4 exploration I strongly believe a Middle Eastern farm out deal is on the cards.
There is only one caveat, if they find oil. Considering both Shell and Total are already in ageement for existing farm outs, there must be sufficient evidence to suggest there is oil down there.
Hugely undervalued, but this is where the most appreciation comes from. Should a deal be struck we’re looking at a 10 bag aslong as momentum kicks in.
