Changes you must make before sending your confirmation statement
Before confirming your records are up to date, you must tell us about changes to your:

directors and secretary
people with significant control (PSC)
company’s registered office address
Changes you can make when you file your confirmation statement
The confirmation statement has an additional information section. You can complete this if there have been changes to your:

Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code
statement of capital
trading status of shares
exemption from keeping a PSC register
shareholder information
If nothing has changed
You must file a confirmation statement even if there have not been any changes to your company during the review period. This confirms that your records are up to date and the information we hold is correct.

Review period
You must file at least one confirmation statement every 12 months. Your 12 month review period starts on either:

the date your company incorporated
the date you filed your last confirmation statement
You must file your statement within 14 days of the end of your review period.

Seadoc
Confirmation statement replaced the previous Annual return. You must file at least one confirmation statement every 12 months. The review period starts on either the date your company incorporated orthe date you filed your last confirmation statement. You must file your statement within 14 days of the end of your review period.
Only change since the last one will be the 60 shares transferred from DOR to UKOG in February.

One thing UKOG don't need now is DOR or ALBA holding them to ransom. Here is one of the FDP requirements.

Oil production from the HH-1 EWT has continued throughout HH-2/2z drilling and is planned to resume in parallel with the HH-2z EWT. Total HH-1 test production now stands at over 78,844 barrels ("bbl"), with over 49,276 bbl from the Kimmeridge oil pool.

Oil production from the HH-1 EWT has continued throughout HH-2/2z drilling and will also continue in parallel with the HH-2z EWT. Total HH-1 test production now stands at over 77,200 barrels.

09 October 2019
Total HH-1 Kimmeridge test production now stands at over 41,800 barrels ("bbl") of light, sweet 40° API crude, pushing combined total aggregate Portland and Kimmeridge production to over 71,368 bbl. No discernible Kimmeridge formation water has yet been recovered to surface.

27 Nov - 9 Oct 329 - 282 = 47 days 78,844 bbls - 71,368 bbls = 7476/47 = 159 bopd

Let's see how you get your figures as it is as plain as it can be that your calculations are miles off.

The tank is painted grey so it is probably from PWWT. (PW Well Testing).

Unlike you I only post facts. It has not been deleted. It was the last one I posted yesterday so somehow missed it. If you want to start an argument I suggest you **** off and try someone else. I have better things to do.

Unfortunately my post yesterday was removed. It takes about 6 months for the bureaucratic process to push through the electrical connection even if it is a permitted development. Lots of research done on ANGS bb on subject by some. Not sure where the nearest connection point would be as local voltage lines wouldn't be up to it.

Gas has hardly been mentioned in RNS's. In fact they stopped reporting gas quantity in October 2018. The 3 x 1000Kw and 1 x 2000kW generators are perfectly adequate for those amounts of gas.

Associated solution gas rates of around 41,000 cu ft per day.

Gas rates at the test separator and through the enclosed flare remained broadly constant at around 15,000 cubic feet per day.

That is probably why they have gone for four rather small generators. The problem is about a 6 month delay in pushing it through the bureaucracy even though it is Permitted Development for Planning purposes.

There are only two bunded areas. One contained the original set up and the other fuel. Bunded storage had to be the answer imo. Will be interesting to see how it ends up.

The ii would need to shift about 26m by Thursday to avoid a TR1.

No RNS from ALBA yet. Probably still working out how and what to say.

I don't get paid a lot then. £1.40 in the last month. Only a few p more than you (£1.05) but far better value as my posts don't get deleted! Must really hurt your pocket though.

The Portland figures are pre Angus from the 1990's and Balcombe from CUADRILLA so they are prior to the involvement of those who started HH.

Green tanks are 350bbls tanks. Grey tanks are 180bbls tanks (real description is surge tanks by the way).

Portland API at Brockham was only 28 so not consistent.
API for HH and Brockham a consistent 40/41 but Balcombe only recorded API 34 and BB 38.5API "sweet light oil" which is nearly consistent with HH/Brockham.
