Apart from resolution 6 at the AGM. 93-94% sounds good but in real terms it is still only 5% of the shares in issue so pretty apathetic imo. It jut depends on how you polish the turd.

The number of shares voted must have been pretty bad for this to happen hence the Govt. health warning for this years AGM.

But how many companies get resolutions withdrawn? They are few and far between.

This one was for only 3bn shares and they are going for 9.8bn this year. Only about 600m votes were cast last year which was about 5% of the stock in issue. It will be interesting to see what happens this year.

I have also added another question for the AGM about the money UKOG promised the local community at HH. It was supposed to be "6% of gross revenues to the local community". I'm certainly unaware of any money being paid.

UKOG could also be up the Suwannee in a month if they don't get the votes at the AGM but that's the price shareholders have to live with.

It's a bit like oil and gas over the last 10 years and the moveable year to date figures.

The name of the company should be a clue. They bailed out from pursuing a planning application for Loxhill which is well outside the "Loxley" target zone. It would have been about 1km from the Loxley site so what do they know that we don't? Perhaps they were looking at the "Lead B Portland".

It is really amazing how many have been advising "strong buy" since the SP got to 0.17p and are still doing so at 0.1325p only a week after.

It sounds to me like the noose is getting tighter around the neck for many shareholders on here. Daughter tells me shops are either running out of some food items or not selling them anymore and prices are rising. Even we are experiencing price rises. Petrol has gone up another 4p a litre to 90p.

perhaps I should have said "only when I say imo" to that part of the post. I have lots of opinions of UKOG but would probably get banned if I posted them. Now is that "worst company ever" or "worst company ever imo"? The difference being the rampers would post "worst company ever" whereas I would post "worst company ever imo".
