Apart from a quick Q&A session there are 2 resolutions which undoubtably will be passed giving the BoD the ability to dish out shares as they like given the 960,427,000 shares the EBT were recently issued.

The only question is how quickly will they be able to sell them off and at what price.

What the company isn't telling us.

The "Sale of UKOG (GB) Limited" still hasn't gone through. It is nearly 2 months now so I'm guessing either UKOG need the money to pay back "Servatec" but they don't have it or there is another legitimate reason why the sale hasn't gone through. DYOR on that one.

Haven't you worked out the £400,000 sale of the onshore petroleum licences, a 10% interest in PL211 and a 5% interest in PEDL070, containing the Horndean and Avington oil fields is holding things up? Strapped for cash. Still 3 weeks till the GM.

Most of the LTH who bought in at between 5 and 11p are still here hoping for the best. What a bunch of mugs.

Imo either when the sale of the %'s in Horndean and Avington have finally gone through or at the AGM unless we have an apocalypse.

You only have to look at the last and every other GM to realise no matter what anyone says the vote is only going to go one way. imo any placing will be at under 0.01 and more likely at 0.005 or below given the confidence in this confetti.
