Onshore oil production in the UK in 2022 slumped to the lowest level since 1989.

The fall was despite the start of production at the Wressle site in Lincolnshire in July 2022, more than two years of rising oil prices and growing political interest in domestic energy security.

This is the UK and not the US. They have until 31st March to produce the 2022 Annuals.

Where is your evidence they have even started preops for the Turkey well? Wishful thing is hardly reliable when it comes to UKOG timetables.

Flaring in the North Sea has halved in the past four years, the industry regulator announced today. But analysis by DrillOrDrop shows that flaring at onshore fields reached record levels in 2022.

UKOG didn't even get a mention.

It is a well guarded secret and one I have never gotten to the bottom of. On top of LSE you also have the NOMAD element. Not sure if they charge for each RNS or if it is part of standing charges.

And the bid/ask have been stuck between 0.065 and 0.067 all this week. Big mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. It has fallen asleep.

Looks like ANGS have been taking lessons from UKOG.

"Angus said the recompletion of the Brockham BRX4Z well as a Portland producer would increase production by about 150 barrels of oil per day. The work was planned by the end of the second quarter of 2023, it said."

Says the company that aren't even producing from Brockham after the last workover only lasted 4 months. (max 62t a month!)

Must have been quite a dilemma for SS as to which well to drill.
Option 1 - Pinarova-1 based on1988 seismic and 'heavy oil cut' from a well less then 100m away or
Option 2 - Basur-4 based on 4 lines of 2022 seismic (details not released) but the downside being "The new site will, however, require a new pad and longer access track to be constructed. "
Guess it is all down to cost then.

Considering £198,000 /yr in March 2020 was only for one month the "£1.752 million /yr as of March 2022" doesn't sound particularly good. Hardly growth unless I am very much mistaken.
