Hi Cossy, RL & TDT, following the estimated NPV of £614m and current shares in issue of 1.38bn, is it too simplistic to have an expected long term SP of 44p?

MYF, I don’t think the DFS in itself will be enough. However, the increased news flow, positive sentiment, BOD delivering on time and the potential for the offer RNS to follow shortly after, may drive the SP to the highs of the current channel around 50p.

Hi Tilly, Thank you for the ongoing updates throughout the day. Did you mention there were 8million MIA recently? Is it possible there could be 13m+ MIA shares over the last week or so? If that is the case, are we expecting to go to the upper edge of the trading range to 55p +/- with a strong DFS (provided over the weekend by Alex on Twitter)

Surely this be 95%+ of a deal being done. Would UBS and DLA stay around for this long if there was no deal in sight? I admit this is testing my patience too, but I remain confident that we will have a structured deal in some form. I am leaning towards the sale of MT and a special dividend, and then EUA focus on WK and Voltechundra. Happy to be wrong though.

Jack, we may be all strangers but unlike most parties, we will ALL have something amazing in common with EUA. Many will have shared the early tumbleweeds through lack of SP growth, then the banks interest RNS, suspension caused through social media, huge volatility, bot flies etc. Dare I say it, but that this may be the first real big win for many PI, myself included. I can guarantee there will be no shortage of stories to share with a shared success (and a few quid to spend as well). We can set up laptop for you in the corner, so you can watch us via Zoom :-)

Hi Wand, thank you for the heads up on EUA back in III days. I believe a 61p target is achieveable based on a $3bn sale.
