Hi All, after the EGM votes, we were rewarded with excellent news shortly afterwards. Are we expecting something similar if all votes are passed at the AGM?

Hi Dizzy, I think AMC needed to conduct a third party analysis of the degree of slope where the pigeon was trapped. That might have meant the attempt to free the pigeon could have been less efficient. The final pigeon rescue plan and analysis has been forwarded, but extended, as was reported by a “competent person via RNS”.

Hi Del, warrants can be issued as a “sweetener” to invest in a company. The investor can convert the warrants to shares and profit when the SP increases above £0.265. When the investor converts the warrants, EUA receives additional funds. Therefore, one can assume that the dividend and medium term SP will be in excess of the £0.265.

Hi, I have voted in favour of all resolutions at the AGM. I beleive in the BOD, the possibilities and the progress (albeit slower than most would have hoped) and the long-term prospects of the RosGeo JV. Now is the time to stay the course and to hold the line and to commit to and to trust your own judgement and research.

Hi Folio, did Richard Dugdale superimpose the 4 mines mentioned in the JV against MT over the weekend? It was on Twitter? EUA is a tight ship (pun intended) and the most positive news came when least expected. I read and understand the arguments against articles 6&8, but imagine, just imagine what this company could be morphing in to.

Hi Scotty, fund values do rise and fall over time and there is a difference between speculation and investing. Having read Ian's post, he cannot be more right. This is an early stage mining explorer potentially at the precipice of greatness. As this is not a profit generating company as yet, it is sentiment driving prices and not revenues. Psychologially, no-one wants to see the SP drift, but Ian is correct in that you invest in the company and speculate on the SP. Perhaps revisit your time horizon as there is a mass of positive news out there from some very knowledgeable and experienced posters. It won't be long now.

Hi, if there is a separate RNS to anounce partial/full sale and to declare a special dividend, will the RNS also give a date from which SH are eligible for the dividend? For example, those who held shares on the last working day prior to the announcement, or will everyone be eligible?

Hi Roger, I just checked in and I can hear/feel your frustration, which will be felt by many on this board. I think the BOD have earned the benefit of the doubt and I for one am very keen to hear what the RNS resolutions are for the AGM. That will give us a lot to discuss and to debate until the actual AGM. There are no shorts to consider and BR have passive tracker funds which are buying EUA as they have to, as their clients will have monthly savings plans and for BR to maintain their asset allocation to track the benchmark index. The time horizon has been extended beyond what some SH would like. Maybe the reserves/resources need to be JORC compliant. There are 2 years and $20m to prove up the JV with RosGeo. I believe that the credible party proposal came late to the party after the JV announcement and therefore due diligence by DLA and UBS will take addiitonal time. I get how you're feeling. Let's see what happens at the AGM and whether the BOD can shed some light on the direction of travel and timeframes involved. Stay frosty.

Hi Amers, if ACF have a conservative valuation of £0.75ps, what do you think is a fair special dividend. FWIW, I would accept £0.30-£0.35. Is that realistic, or could it be closer to £0.50+ leaving plenty for future operations?

Hi Pool, Many were expecting a full sale, but it now appears we can look forward to a sale of "substantially all" of our assets, whch will result in a "significant" (BOD) or "massive" (SP Angel) special dividend. This means a longer-term play as some resources may need to be JORC classified. Patience wore thin for some and the SP is where it is. The $20m II from USA is to further develop and critically assess which mones to move forward with initially with the JV with RosGeo which needs to be done within a 2-year window. This will also take more time than some investors would like.

Will there be news ahead of the AGM no later than 30th June 2021, meaning an announcement of the agenda items requiring a vote on or around 8th June 2021?

ACF conservatively have an SP at £0.75 so how much of that could be paid as a significant/massive dividend?

Hi, I think someone calculated thatwe should have a notification RNS on or around 8th June with the resolutions for the AGM. I think most would expect to see details of the proposal/offer from the "credible source" in advance to allow us to vote. The SP will re-rate at that point but, without news, we will be languishing inside this tight range. FWIW I am hoping for a £0.66 special dividend, but anything above £0.27 will be amazing.
