Hi Cody, where you have a group of investors with money on the line, it is difficult to be objective. Fear and greed and all that. You have invested for a positive outcome, not speculated. My thought in August 2016 was, we will either get bought out or mine it. So much has changed since then, including becoming a granddad, twice. My thoughts haven’t changed, but my excitement of the potential outcome continues to rise.

The positives must have outweighed the negatives, or why bother? You have stated the negatives in several posts, but it would be good to hear your positives for a balanced debate.

Hi North, I saw that RNS and concluded that there are 2,759m shares in the market. I have used that figure in my calculations for the final SP, but I have been told I need to add in the warrants. Therefore, the total sale price is divided by 3,033m shares. Which available shares figure are we using?

Are you saying there could be an RNS soon as we have passed 60 days since the Rule 2.9 RNS? I certainly hope so.

However, there are a lot of very experienced members here who have access to L2 combined with years of experience, who I am sure will be more than happy to help - but you need to rephrase how you ask them. You will be looking at delayed trades maybe?

Hi Onassis, if there was a special dividend paid out for the sale of MT, what percentage would be expected to be paid out from the sale proceeds? For example, if MT sold for a conservative £0.46, what special dividend could be paid out?

Hi Mac, I think your culmination post refers to the FSP, which was the culmination of years of hard work by the BOD to get EUA to this stage. No small feat for a junior on AIM. I think we all hoped that the FSP would be concluded by now, but the recent RNS state that all the advisers are working to convert the non-binding offers to binding and explained the reasons for the understandable delays.

I think the culmination of our collective patience, and hard work by by the regular and positive contributors, will be rewarded.
