Projected Share Price26 Jul 2025 13:59
Flagstaff who it should be remembered are our communication and PR team have a projected share price of Β£1.48 per share. This is a bit misleading IMO as the important question is what is the projected Market Cap.
That Β£1.48 figure is i think some time ago. On my calculation it was when we were 540m shares in issue now it is 686m and probably circa 700m by the end of this testing. At that time the dollar exchange rate was around 1.25 to the pound. So 540m x 1.48x 1.25dollar = $1bn market cap.
Unfortunately for us the Dollar has weakened considerably to 1.35 so this now gives a sterling market cap of Β£740m and using 700m shares as a base then this becomes Β£1.05 per share and not Β£1.48. However I think this is based on the gas find alone and may not include anything for He content or even oil if there is any. So if the Gas is commercial and there is He and Oil then i would expect a market cap well beyond $1bn. Because as we are constantly reminded this drill is on shore. The wells are not very deep and much of infrastructure is mostly in place, it would not take much gas to reach this level. By that i mean if we find half of we expect then Β£1.50 would not be unachievable and probably even more. Let us make no mistake this is an all or nothing share. Currently around 6p per share if we strike it could move to 30p very quickly or alternatively drop back very quickly to 3p. However do not despair PG is very confident that we get through and make it flow and we WILL exciting Morocco completely i would guess by the end of next year at latest, The question is at what price and what does Paul do with the money we get for our share. i have thoughts on that but one thing at a time.
