To this extent, Neo Energy and Sibanye have signed an agreement to extend the deadlines for Phase 1 by 6 months to 6 December 2026 and therefore extend the approval for Phase 2 to 6 June 2027 to allow both regulatory approval processes to reach their conclusion.
