If I am reading the information correctly, then MSD/Merck & Co. own over 8.2m shares, that almost 6% of the company.

Issued 26 May 2020 for previous year.

They have advised last years results will be issue around 25 March - 2 months earlier than expected. It would be nice if there was a reason!

Finished 6.13% down yesterday. Might explain this mornings drop.

Hopefully trend has now reversed.
