I use iii and hold shares here so have no wish for a declining SP.

When I post, its is factual.

In my experience when it goes to NT to sell, a drop follows. The purpose of my original post was to question whether an order was being filled.

I have been doing dummy sells for last 15 minutes - straight to NT.

The SP has turned...that is quite a rise since 9.30a.m.

New ISA money next Tuesday as well.

My mood has vastly improved!

1. Get the results out - I cannot understand why they are 5 days late.
2. Confirmation that DP and co. have completed their subscription at £1.10.

The wording is in the RNS - "prospective clinical validation".
They therefore expect to obtain the clinical validation (by end of April). I am also helpful of a manufacture announcement at the same time.

I wonder why?

What is CE marking? CE marking is the medical device manufacturer's claim that a product meets the General Safety and Performance Requirements (GSPR) of all relevant European Medical Device Regulations and is a legal requirement to place a device on the market in the European Union

"Paraytec will now progress to a prospective clinical validation with a larger number of patient samples and seek to obtain a CE mark for the test."

goldtrig your reply was in agreement that the manufacturers will complete their own risk assessment (CE mark) of the test equipment mechanicals.

They must have made/manufactured several testers which would in likelihood been used for the last set of results. To me this means a potential manufacturer is about to come on board. Statements regarding CE approval appear to be on the test itself. Any manufacture would CE mark (i.e. risk assess) the mechanicals themselves.

All in my opinion.

About this time yesterday the price dropped. This probably encouraged sells stateside. Be nice if we stayed blue so that we can encourage the opposite.

I am wondering why they indicated around 25th. I know it is only 26th but am hoping for the RNS to contain some more detail on the current plan. If I were launching a company onto the NASDAQ, I would want to make an impact....

It might indicate that he did not take part in the fund raise and with increased qty of shares his holding <3%
