so moving ahead with INA completion and moved the Sonegol long stop date from end March 2023, to end of June 2023 due to extending the PSA from 2025 to 2040.

NA Acquisition

Afentra is pleased to announce that having received the necessary approvals from the regulator and contractor group members to the formal transfer documentation ahead of the 17 April 2023 long stop date, we have agreed with INA to proceed to completion whilst we await receipt of outstanding signatures to this documentation. We look forward to updating on final completion settlement payments which we expect to occur in early May.

just thinking, perhaps we could get a mid-day RNS? or tomorrow? the long stop is today, so last day to confirm everything, meaning any announcement would be tomorrow after agreement reached.

Its the lack of news from the company that is what is causing everyone to second guess this, myself included. It obviously costs to post RNS, (not sure how much) so pointless RNS i can see why they haven't been saying anything, but something like today with the long stop date being hit, we should have been updated imo.

I still think this has legs, but its the lack of direction we're going in that is frustrating people.

but that's becasue RR bucked the trend, everyone was expecting RR to post a huge loss, instead it didn't thats why it rocketed.
If the markets expectations are that IAG will make a profit, which they will, making a slightly larger profit is meaningless.
