Price dropped from 14p to 10p in a week when the deal was announced. That could have something to do with Covalis selling - looks like they may have sold out by now. A.A. has kept his. reverse momentum took it down further to 9.2p where it may have bottomed. Who are Covalis? Maybe £10m is petty cash to them and they lost a third - £3m ish to take their money elsewhere?

Price at 03-08-2023 when Covalis 6.24% was 14.23 pence so they may have been selling at losses from 14p down to 9.5p ish ?

Sorry, there are 2 dates on this info so it appears the date at the bottom 29-12-23 could be current ?? If so, A.A. still has most of his holding but Covalis may have been the seller ?

Covalis Capital crossed the 3% threshold 03-08-2023 at 6.24%

18-07-2023 Askar Alshinbayev acquired 6.19%

Maybe some of Covalis was included in the Hargreaves and Interactive figures? But probably lots has changed since then.

Does anyone have up to date numbers which may indicate who has been selling?

Are you referring to A.P. with this return on $20m ? 2.5% doesn't do for me as a good return unless you know your investment is coming back also with capital gain.

We also have 2 x 6% ers and about £12m of Institution money going in at 18p per share then 14p per share. Do these guys throw such big sums at something without knowing a lot more than we do?

If the share price was currently 25p or 30p I don't think you would have posted so many negatives.

As GP says, we do have a proven asset.

Yes GP. I've just got home after an evening out on my Birthday - Pizza indeed with Chianti followed by Frangelico at Sister-in-Law's.

Sometimes this share business reminds me of no pain no gain. In 2000/2001 I was 100 grand up on Sage when they reached £9 then the "Dotcom bubble" burst, went down below £1 and I got out b4 I lost out, just made a few 000s. Now £14 but 22 years to wait for that would be boring. This time it is the asset value of the gas which keeps me in. Not seen a reason yet why it will not succeed. The sp drop? .... An inaccurate self-fulfilling prophesy, but emotionally and fearfully driven like running from a shotgun which turns out to be empty of ammo.

Lots of stuff does not add up but instinct says wait and see.

Offer was revealed at 29 minutes into the recording shown by NewKOTB below. No details given by A.P. but he confirmed there was an offer. How much/what sort/when/by who/ no idea. Was it genuine? If I phoned A.P. and offered One Pence a share I suppose he could say there was an offer. We know so little about it maybe can be disregarded?

KB - Graham10K seems to be trying to sell 110,000 or is it £110,000 worth? as he seems to have had enough. Others perhaps doing the same. Maybe that's why it's going down. Still no bad news so folks getting impatient and moving on?

I'm not selling but have quite enough so patiently waiting for on-shore news and half expecting an offer for the Company. Surely worth 30p - 50p?

GP I forgot to say I sold enough GCM yesterday to get my full costs back plus a profit and still have some left. May buy some more now they've dropped.

Yes GP was doing fine until the ruddy auditors decided they couldn't sign the accounts because some loan is late coming in.

The Co. is worth £5m but may have access to coal worth £114billion at the price I pay for a nice lounge fire! worth a dip I think still. May go bust of course if they can't find some more dosh.

I've been asking the same question for a year. Answer I received was "not all Directors are millionaires" !! - borrow beg and steal if you think this is a gold mine, unless of course you know it is being manipulated by MMs etc, then start buying when the bottom is reached. Maybe now?? We'll see if they buy more , but £40,000 between Directors/Chairman recently is peanuts. I hold more than the Directors apart from AP, just hoping they now put their proper money where their big mouths are.

I promised my Wife a new car for Christmas. So not to disappoint her I got her a Bentley - mint condition. It's a Matchbox I found in my toy cupboard as I could not afford anything better.
