Morning LB, the question was regarding the sale if/when and how people would prefer the money the company would get for the said sale and how it would be best used, as the company has a lot of shares in circulation now in p as when it floated and its price was in £ it might be better for the company, it would increase the value of your shareholding pro-rata.

In a company share buyback, the company buys back its own shares in the market and let us say it brought back 50% as an example, as there are 50% fewer shares in issue, the value of your share doubles, and you still keep and own your shares, it is just that the company has taken 50% of the shares out of circulation and so your share in the company's value should double.

Although irrelevant at this point in time, we all hope a sale goes through, and if/when which method would most prefer,
just my musings -
Straight dividend - No tax if shares held within an ISA, but taxable as income if held outside.
Share buyback - No tax if held within an ISA, but taxable as a capital gain.

RR1889, If you bothered to click on BigMJ you would learn a lot, he is a gent with big pockets, he has amassed his shareholding and warrants over the years and held on for his Big payout, he is not stupid in the slightest, he did his due diligence and surmised that this share had the potential to make him very rich over time, If you take the warrants and work back you will realize that to have amassed that many you must have an even bigger shareholding, it would not surprise me if he should have been included on the bottom of that Directors shareholding list, I wish him well as he played it brilliantly...

On the point of that awaited RNS, I personally hope it does NOT drop too soon as I feel the company's true value is not yet reflected in its share price and would prefer continued 10% rises to improve its base value, as it gives the company a better dealing hand in negotiations, just my take on things.

On a more serious note a 10% rise yesterday was very good, and let us hope that it continues today, a nice steady rise is
preferable to a mad jump and fall as it helps to keep the momentum and interest in what is a fantastic investment opportunity. as already pointed out this share is a win/win on any bet, sell or production, the assets are there, massive and wanted.
I Wish all holders well and remember Do hold on for the Big prize.

Afternoon st mary, I know you are one of the good guys and have been into this share for a long time. what has unfolded in front of our eyes you could not make up, hell they could make a Soap or a Film out of it. But it has cost many here a lot of hard-earned savings. Lies, untruths, exaggerations, CEO walking, CFO walking, Chair walking on health grounds, if it wasn't so serious it would be funny, said some time back this was a 50/50 gamble while we had the long wait for that RNS that everyone is so unhappy about, and got snapped at by Table, and Soundingoff who said I was thinking with my emotions and Not my head, well my gut feeling was correct and we are where we are yes my head still does not believe what I have done with my money and I on hindsight can't believe I was so gullible to be taken in with James, but I was not alone so that makes me feel better, most still here are sincere but some come across.... how shall I put it, Crudes last post was just too much........

Crude of to Dartmoor and the first thing that comes to mind is the Prison down there,.........

I guess at 11% up......:-) just for a laugh
