we are a mineral extraction company, that has spent most of its time and money proving up the size of our potential resources (assets) to enable the valuation and extraction of vast amounts of PGM's. we have also decided to cut out the middle man and now on an owner basis, with 100% of metal revenues payable to Eurasia as opposed to 30-35% prior to September this year. Or In plain English- an increase of 65-70%.
Why have we not produced more?, well, we have only just started, the company is fully funded and does not see its self requiring any additional funding any time soon (I wonder why), a smaller size company like ours costs less to run, lower equipment and staff wages bill to pay, less tax, etc. Now the company is growing organically it may wish to pursue the purchase of larger dump trucks with associated equipment and more staff or even a conveyor belt 41km in length, for that rich PGM seam that it recently found, but it may not want to over-leverage itself at this time and maybe persuing the (odd asset sale ;-)
What is not to like-fully funded, about to ramp up production, and has now cut out the middle man.

Beware of the new gang here to stop you from making the wrong investment decision in their eyes....
They are very good at their game of deceit, they have been schooled in the art from the artful dodger him self.
They post long and thought-provoking statements that do have a molecule of truth in them so that the gullible
believe them. They talk the good talk containing the minuscule truth that may have existed months ago before
the company Turned the Corner to get you to believe in the story, as the story progresses its
theme is then spun around to provide the negative spin they wish to impart on you to make you doubt
your own logic in buying into this stock. they make the story so believable, ie 1plus point-2 negative points and they are paid to perform this trick to get you to part with your valuable shares, either by their employer
of they are in a shorting pack working together. you have been duly warned of their tricks, they are definitely not here for your wellfare.
Think hard first, and hold onto those shares

you all know why you bought into this stock it's because it has so much potential, the company is not fly-by-night and has been in business for over 23 years, originally it's share price was in £ but with fewer shares in issue.
It mines PGMs which have value but that value is cyclical, depending upon supply and demand, there have been hard times in the past, most PGMs are mined in South Africa underground, hard conditions to work where strikes, power outages, and corruptness have affected mining output.
This company has entered the perfect storm, PGMs are in cyclical short supply, they have a colossal amount and prices are going through the roof.
On that basis, this company is intrinsically way undervalued.
It has decided on a quick path to making itself a lot of money by selling off some of its large resource-heavy
acreage by getting two large international banks involved.
The directors have a lot of skin in the game, Christian Schaffalitzky holds 84,509,517 and Dmitry Suschov holds 456,989,458 shares, that should give you a reassuring vote of confidence, that they can see great value in their own company.
If the sale was not to go through ( extremely unlikely ) this company has a very low running cost as is the case with open-pit mining, basically, you just scoop it up and process it, all from above ground.
You have all done your due diligence and purchased your Golden, platinum, palladium, rhodium, tickets, hold on to them tightly, they are worth a lot more than face value. Big money wants in, and as you have witnessed the antics that have gone on during the day with the price drop to then see a massive buy appear after hours. hold on tightly to your valuable winning ticks,
This share is not your normal, this share is the exception to the rule, this share is your chance to make some serious money,
You have purchased your position in this company that has a great advantage over lots of others out there.
It is fully funded, does not need cash and can continue to make a massive profit just by carrying on to mine as usual.

Good post, Jippyjazz, I'm just back from an enjoyable breakfast with an old old work colleague, and log on to see this again, it is unbelievable, especially Chinese menu option no3 and his gang, and the negative and unfounded article, it beggars belief.
Well for all the trouble they are going to, I think we may have to upgrade our price expectations, this must be worth far more
than I thought. Why doesn't LSE have a" Very Strong Buy " opinion box option, Oh well?
We may have to start reposting old posts to fight the fight, but whatever Hold till the End Game, and this is certainly
turning into a "Snakes & Ladders" game. Come on EAU post some positive stuff to support your shareholders in this time of need, we are needing some backup to fight the invaders on the flanks ( those rich PGM ones).
At this moment in time while we await some news all you can do is to take your position and HOLD, and go and do some
Christmas shopping or something, as they seem to be repeatedly infestating this share BB to their own ends.

Evening all,
Just back from a spot of early Christmas shopping to find we are infested with derampers and have had a good old
attack on the share price, well they appear to have achieved their goal for today and some have sold out on fear, shame as they obviously just jumped onto this share as it rose up the chart without regard for its fundamentals, which have not
changed at all, still undervalued and a strong buy in my book.

I wish to welcome, Russkymole -(love the handle by the way) to this board as he has just turned up in the nick of time,
as moral is on this BB has waned over the last two days, and he has posted some great posts with a good handle on the present situation.

Freddie, Thanks again for your foresight in contacting the company and for posting their reply.

I personally think the company is playing a great game of brinkmanship to achieve the best deal possible, whatever deal that is, as there is a variety that could emerge as the winner, LB28 has provided much thought on it.
The share price seems to be recovering well after its strong attack earlier, long may it continue.
Such a vicious attack on the share price and with the derampers showing up only points to one thing, a strong interest in this undervalued stock.

I did like the company sign off, and genuinely think they mean it.

" We appreciate the continued support and faith in the Company and its fundamentals. Indeed our shareholders' interests are always in line with those of the Company and its Directors."

Morning TrickyDickyTwo, I do sympathize with where you are with your position, you bought into this share at a much higher price and have seen lots of dilution so you are well underwater and disillusioned with the past company's performance, but that action by the company has at least kept it afloat. Things are just starting to look very Rosey, the company has turned the corner, you can continue to feel bitter or rejoice in the company's new positive direction and if
funds allow average down. Whatever , from my perspective, as a new investor is this share it has the potential to go places.
