Evening DUFC, to be fair the value of what is in the ground keeps going up daily and is mind-boggling in value, what's it is worth and what we could all get are unfortunately two different things and depends on the quality of the players in this game, we have now got some of the best involved on our side, we are continuing to increase the strength of our negotiating hand by stating we will commence mining in 2020 with a much-increased output in 2020 if no one buys us out.
I know it will be many multiples of where we are currently sat at. Now to put a figure on it...

Using your categories - For me I will go with

Optimistic 78p

Realistic 48p

Pessimistic 28p

But I would love to be wrong here, and for it to be higher, I just can't believe in what these figures could amass to in a payout to us as shareholders, the mind really can not compute the value in this company. The maths say one thing, the reality and mind say another.
If we only achieve the 28p case that would give me £1,120,000 - less the share costs, a cool £1,000,000, now that does seem like a dream come true, and many here have a much larger shareholding than me.
All I can say is very good luck to everybody, you deserve it, the maths say this much, the brain says this much.
You can now all see why we have everybody and his dog wanting in on this share, it truly could be the share of the
decade..... I am still in dreamland with what it could be, have preferred not to suggest a price outright, LB28 and Gmf78 and others have posted their estimates, DUFC has posted his valuation and I hope he is spot on, and that he enjoys his Scottish fillet steak with a nice glass of something to wash it down, sorry for the delay in replying to you DUFC23, but I kept having to splash cold water on my face......with the figures.

BBaggins, Hi again, if I can put your mind at rest, a very nice poster Bigmj, who was an actual "named" warrant holder here and held 11,833,333 warrant's at 0.6p and exchanged them for shares in November 2019 stated the following:-

" The 0.6p warrants and maybe others also contained an accelerator clause, based on VWAP, as the SP has been above this for more than 10 days now, the company will invoke this clause and all warrants will need to be exercised or lost within the next few days "

" Yes will be holding the shares in anticipation of a deal
Will of course be converting early next week, if I don’t I will lose them!!! "

" I just gave notice to convert all of my 11,833,333 warrants this morning , this should be virtually all of the outstanding 0.6p warrants, I think there is maybe another 2m to go. If the MMs are expecting to find these on the market they will have a nasty shock, I wont be selling these anytime soon "

Good afternoon BBaggins, they all now want to get on board, who knows if the company has advised its staff that now would be a good opportunity to exchange their warrants or not, no one here knows, but if they are taking up the option to exchange
the warrants at a personal cost to them they must see a good reason to do so, and with the share price way above warrant value, they would be stupid not to. There is, of course, the theory that the company may have asked them to hurry up about it, ducks lining up and all that .... :-)

BBaggings Hi, why would they want to exchange their warrants for shares.?..... humm....Because they want a share in the company and it's fantastic future and a payout, a warrant does not provide anyone anything, just the option to purchase the shares when you cough up the money to buy them, so these holders now want shares, that should tell you something.
So yes very good for them and the company.

Today has been different and a slight disappointment, but nothing has changed, the PGMs are still in the ground, the shareholding you had yesterday, you still have today, you are now a holder of this stock and there is nothing you can do about it, you can not sell, buy, or add, you are deep-frozen in time, is that a major problem, no, because tomorrow you may be able too, think of it as a bank holiday, there is no trading then, you have done the hard part and bought into a great stock, you have purchased your Platinum, Palladium, Golden tickets and just need to let the company that you trusted with your money do their job and negotiate this fantastic deal that we are all holding out for, the share price was 7.20p yesterday it is still 7.20p today, nothing has been lost except 24 hours of your life, if the same thing was to happen tomorrow just think of the film "Groundhog Day" as you have neither lost nor gained, any decision has been taken out of your hands, just relax as No news is good news at this time as discusions must be ongoing and if you prematurely cracked open that bottle of Bolinger, oh well never mind I bet it went down well, hopefully you will be able to upgrade and buy a Nebuchadnezzar bottle to celibrate with, that is a very large bottle of 15 Litres of Champagne and equal to 20 Standard Champagne Bottles from your future profits here. Nothing has been lost so just relax and put your feet up, even the shorters are locked in and woe betides them if when trading resumes we just happen to open much higher.

Cheemap, HMRC have lots of connected pathways to look at accounts, I have always played by the ball with them as the penalties can be severe, I do think your nominee broker is obliged to provide your yearly transactions to HMRC. so yes they are highlighted if you like.

JimJam, you can vote, you need to inform your broker that you want to vote on future AGM, etc and they put a marker on your account and now for me on every stock that I hold they send me the voting form and do I wish to attend or not.
This is with Halifax in a nominee accout.

As previously stated by Wolster/Lucretius/KrayzKat and others, if you hold your shares within an ISA, you can do what you want, when you want with NO tax implications at all to worry about.

Now the shares you hold within your share dealing account have some rules to be aware of:-
If you have traded this particular stock, IE sold and then rebought because you think you are clever and can make more money you need to be aware of the 30-day rule, say you bought any stock at say 10p and sold for 40p and made 30p profit, if within 30 days of selling that stock the price falls back to say 30p and you buy back in and the stock is eventually sold for 80p again another 50p profit, so you have made an overall profit per share of in total 30p+50p = 80p total profit to you, for tax purposes HMRC see it differently, they see you bought in at 10p and sold out at 40p ok so far, but for the second lot that you bought in at 30p because you rebought the same stock you are deemed to never to have sold it in the first place and will be taxed in their eyes on a gain of from 10p to 80p = 70p, so tax per share is not on 80p profit, but to you on 40p+70p = £1.10 profit, even though that is not what you have made from selling the stock, this is the 30-day rule, please Google to find a better explanation, the point I'm trying to make is you are taxed at every point of disposal not on overall gain to you within 30 day rule, if you have sold and not repurchased the same stock within 30 days then you have not breached this rule. this applies to the amount of stock sold and repurchased even if you did not sell out entirely.
Now if you sell a single amount of shares for ( it was £40,000 it may £44,000 now ) regardless of profit/loss you must fill out a tax return, better to sell bellow that threshold in smaller lots, as stated your CGT allowance is £12,000 but depends on your personal circumstances. If you are already registered with HMRC and have previous years losses recorded you can use those losses to offset your gain, I'm lucky ( if you can call it that ) I have a humungous bucket load of losses that I can use up to offset my gains. ( due to AIM )
There are more rules I'm sure, so this is just a heads up on what to look out for when trying to work out your gain, also the next year's tax allowance starts on 6th April and then you get another £12,000 ish allowance.

Lucretius, with respect to Smithgraham, he has been invested or at least posting on this stock from 1/11/19 and has posted defensively to protect this stock, I feel you may be targeting the wrong person!

Smithgraham, good morning to you, I agree with your post and have ticked it up accordingly, you are a holder of this stock and have taken the view that holding out for the bigger prize is the most logical way forward to achieve the most overall gain, I totally agree with your strategery, and so does Lucretius.
Lucretius is a caring person/investor who is looking out and trying to protect and maximize their investment, the only way this can be done, as we ourselves are running short of cash to further invest, is to attract new investment from new investors, if and when any new investor arrives at this site and looks for insight, Lucretius as do I, wants this insight to be true and correct, the more new investors that come on board ( pun intended ) the more this stock is bought into and the better for all of us. Lucretius is a valued poster and defender of this stock as I'm sure you are now aware, there is no malice intended, he just wants to protect his investment with true and objective posts which are fact to help out new and existing investors and not just have unverified assumptions posted.
We are mostly on here a friendly and jovial bunch that are all looking out to protect our investment in this stock.
