Hi Daniel the exchanging of warrants to shares at a cost to the holders does two things it now gives them a piece of the company as in a real share and increases the company coffers, there has been speculation that an accelerator clause may have been triggered advising all warrant holders to convert or lose, this was certainly the case last November, we can also speculate that the company may be cleaning up it books in some way to assist in a clean sale, getting rid of loose end, all speculation and we certainly don't know, just sit back and relax, all the best

Daniel, the suspension is due to ongoing negotiations and leaked or at least assumed leaked info, nothing to do with the shares, just due to twitter leak by a person who perhaps should have known better.

Daniel, the dilution is minuscule so do not worry.

Right here goes, where my wife works it has been reported that someone keeps pinching this person's personal food from the fridge, this person not at all happy with the situation of having his food pinched has stuck a post-it note implying he has poisoned his food so keep your dirty mitts off, typical office banter stuff, well someone else perhaps a snowflake has reported the post-it notice to management and now that they have got involved rather than tell off the food pincer have stated that when they find out who's food it was and who wrote the note they will face disciplinary action and be dismissed....my how things have changed, no fun in the office nowadays, in my day it was practical jokes at least once a week, Oh well times have changed and not for the better in my view....

impeachment ....is that not what Donald Trump was up for..... :-)

Off topic :- did you all see in the papers that car emissions have been known to be suppressed by the government and from Aprill they recon the New car tax brackets for a new car are going up big time, something like another £500 PA on a Range Rover so that must take it close to a grand PA to tax, sure takes the fun out of motoring...
