Hi James, in all honesty when the stock has already been suspended due to leakage what is the point, the company has already stated it has two of the worlds largest banks involved in the selling of either asset's or maybe the whole company,
I just think we should just let things play out, we will know soon enough, the stock sure can't be played with at the moment like it has been recently, so just relax, you have taken your position in this company that is the main thing, no point in badgering them for an update they cannot give. just my view.

Good morning everyone, I have noticed some posters still don't get it with regard to what is going on here.
Saying, "Oh why won't the company give us an update"....." it's terrible they should update us all " etc.
You do all realize the company's position here at the moment, they are in the middle of playing a hand at "Poker"
playing one suitor off against the other,.... Do you seriously think for one minute that they would broadcast to the world what cards they were holding and how the game is playing out, this is not a football match!, if you do, you seriously need to reconsider? Perhaps investing is not your forte...

The Negative posters amongst us keep raising the point that if the company was worth what we have speculated, why is the Profit margin so small? as reported for the period DEC 2018 at only 3.24 Milion......
We are not a manufacturing company producing something to sell, we are a mineral exploration company, that has spent most of its time and money proving up the size of our potential resources (assets) to enable the valuation and extraction of vast amounts of PGM's. we have also decided to cut out the middle man and now on an owner basis, with 100% of metal revenues payable to Eurasia as opposed to 30-35% prior to September this year. Or In plain English- an increase of 65-70%.
Why have we not produced more?, well, we have only just started, the company is fully funded and does not see its self requiring any additional funding any time soon (I wonder why), a smaller size company like ours costs less to run, lower equipment and staff wages bill to pay, less tax, etc. Now the company is growing organically it may wish to pursue the purchase of larger dump trucks with associated equipment and more staff or even a conveyor belt 41km in length, for that rich PGM seam that it recently found, but it may not want to over-leverage itself at this time and maybe persuing the (odd asset sale ;-)

Hi okfornow, great news you do not want to be out working in storm Dennis, they stated on the news that this storm is caused by the biggest depression in recent history, remembering the storm of 1987 that took the hole roofs of houses and dumped them in the road, not nice.

This company has not gone anywhere, it is still there and should by now be working away hard at its various mines, only the trading in its stock has been temporarily halted, this was due to someone who was close to the ongoing negotiations and should have known better Tweeting and spilling the beans on how the negotiations were progressing, this leaked information was company sensitive and prejudiced the normal and fare trading of its stock hence the suspension. Nothing has happened to your shareholding it is all still there and at 7.20p until the suspension is lifted and trading resumes in the future.

Do not forget why you invested in this stock -

The directors have a lot of skin in the game and are incentivized to extract the maximum value that they can.

This company has entered the perfect storm, PGMs are in cyclical short supply, they have a colossal amount and prices are going through the roof.

The company has decided on a quick path to making itself a lot of money by selling off some of its large resource-heavy
acreage by getting two large international banks involved.

The company has a very low running cost as is the case with open-pit mining, basically, you just scoop it up and process it, all from above ground.

The company is fully funded, does not need cash and can continue to make a massive profit just by carrying on to mine as usual.

You have all done your due diligence and purchased your Golden, platinum, palladium, rhodium, tickets, hold on to them tightly, they are worth a lot more than face value.

The company, the staff, senior management, and the Directors who all received shares in lew of pay, now want a BIG
return/payout for all their hard work, they are looking to be landed with the biggest payday of their career.

We have just happened to have joined in on their payout, enjoy the ride, they don't appear very often.

You have nothing to worry about, we are all in very safe hands here with the team we have, they know exactly what they are doing and have waited for this perfect moment to play this blinder of a strategy and put either the whole company or its vast assets up for sale when the cyclical value of Palladium is on a tare. .... The perfect storm.

We know the directors have a massive amount of skin in the game, a fantastic plus point.
we know the company has at last turned the corner and is starting to make some money.
We know the company has no debt now and has stated it will not require to raise funds going forward, growing organically.
We know the company has removed the middle man and has since last September started to mine itself on a 100% basis.
WE know the company mines a valuable product that is rare and very valuable and will be required in larger quantities.
We know the company has been around for 24 years and is not new.
We know the company has one of the cheapest open-pit mines to operate.
We know the company has directors fully aligned with shareholders.
We know the company has got two of the largest world banks involved to sell either the whole company or its assets.
We can all speculate on what the sale values may be going forward.
We, as investors in this company, can see the potential, and only see a fantastic investment opportunity that is worth much more than currently, and could easily multi-bag 8-12 times from here.

The above are the main reasons we all invested in this stock, all positive points, you could not find any negative points otherwise you would not have invested in the first place, the company is very proactive and forward-thinking, you trusted them when you invested so trust in them now to get on with their job and finalize a deal, the directors have massive skin in the game and are aligned with shareholders at every level, the team are very professional, I personally have put £123,000 into this stock and have not sold one single share, why would I, when I want to maximize my return on this investment.
Ok, so the stock is suspended, what does this mean to me, NOTHING, I did not want to sell out, I have no more spare capital to invest here, so I'm personal perfectly at ease if no immediate deal is forthcoming, am I worried, NO, all that it means is it takes a little while longer to get the return on my investment, as already stated by me previously this company should just print money going forward and with my estimate of between $200,000 - $250,000 PA, it won't take long, this is not like an oil company where your punt is dependant on the drill bit hitting its target, the company has spent years prospecting on its vast acreage along with Anglo American to verify what is in the ground, so they already know it's there, just scoop it up and process it.
