You are of course correct, but look at James Parsons ex Sound Energy, he managed to sell his shares telling all and sundry to hold theirs, by implementing a 'trading plan' at arm's length to circumvent the legalities to sell his! the bastard...

If the directors were to sell their shares it would decimate the share price!

But they know that, and have not, instead trying to protect us, the investors, by selling the company and rewarding each and every shareholder,

Can you not see this company and its BOD are not like most AIM companies, feeding at the trough off us poor investors!

This company is trying to be the exception on AIM?

Thanks for the heads up, my tax affairs are fairly straight forward and I use 'time to trade' to keep a tab on all my share dealings, and it produces my own printed out SA108 (Capital Gains Form) to add/upload to my HMRC Tax return with all the associated computations.

Good to know of others, so thank you for that.
