Do not get too depressed with the gradual eroding of the share price, it is just the mechanics at play! each and every share will be worth a percentage of the eventual company sale price, whatever that is? the current share price has no relation to that final unknown value! but much higher than 27.5p, I think we all can agree!
You have shareholders who have all experienced problems when trying to purchase EUA stock in any quantity!
This is because the stock is strongly held, and due to it being perceived to be vastly currently undervalued!
The long term holders have virtually run out of spare investing funds to keep on investing, and newcomers are worried the stock may already be at a value near to the intrinsic sale value? absolute rubbish by the way, but never mind..
Everyone is peeved to see the share price erode daily, even though the buys and sells are inaccurately reported for the MM's agenda!
If I may use a simple analogy of an old water butt with a slow leak about a third of the way up,
If everyone buys the stock, the price goes up (and the water butt fills up)
If people sell the stock, the price goes down (and the water level goes down)
But, this water butt still has the slow leak a third of the way up, and over time, the share price (water level) will naturally fall 'IF' there is not enough buying pressure to overcome this leak!
We know there is a limited supply of free float shares, as you can only buy in small quantities, sometimes!
Without NEWS to increase the buying demand on the stock, to increase the share price, it will fall due to this leakage effect, and the odd bored rainbow chaser! this is, unfortunately, a matter of fact.
We need some NEWS to increase the buyer demand, and hence the share price will rise!
As I say, the current share price is NOT a reflection of this company's true value, which will only be realised at the time of sale!
