The draft copy of the AGM should bewritten up then? Please GF if you are looking at these BB's , let us in on the action too. We don't ask for muchjust a chance at less dilution and a chance tobuild a better position at a discount.
Spoil heaps a last resort for me. When you are hungry and no money the garbage bins are a rare treat. Smells like stalling but for what reason. To pass the confeti placing reso at next AGM?
We are not doing this to frighten anyone to sell. Hold for more value. We are doing this to get a better deal if they do place....and they will in the future
Why don't we concentrate onthe issue we can have an impact. Throughout my investing years i have been royally pumped by death spiral finance. Not givinng a monkeys how much it cost , just knowing i had my bum spanked. Lets get together and do somthing good for us all...
The last time we had a list of sharholders with holdings. Then we added up the votes we could cast. Remembering everyone is a shareholder from 1share to 100 million shares. Each vote counts.
Things at HH seem to be in a ticking over mode. I used to watch the tanker count. Even pumping out 5 tankers a day gives us half a tanker of oil. So 15000 litres a day x 300 (days for work overs) = 4.5 million litres a year Γ· 4.5 = 1 million gallons Γ· 30 = 33,333 barrels x 40$ =1.3 million per year. :-) took me ages to do this and its probarbly wrong :-(
I think that most pi's who are just starting out in investing just need toknow the basics. If we don't vote against these dilution resos then it's our own fault. That's if they even propose them....
The last time i was involved we just rallied the masses. Most pi's don't even vote. I think letting the voices be heard worked even if you hold 1 share you are a shareholder in my eyes. E71 a man of the seas RN or merchant..
To reach a position of clout we need vioces. I would think the most knowledgable pi. E71 if you have the time i think you are the man or person :-). Each platform has to have a voice to promote shares for pi's and not powers which gives mates rates.
I think just to have the option to buy shares before they hit the market gives us a chioce we never seem to get. The bricks and mortar of small companies before they hit the jackpot are normal pi's. My vote goes against confeti issuing shares for mates only and for pi's getting offered possibly cheaper shares with warrants.
